"I ordered a heart shaped cookie in the flavor sugar butter for someone for Valentine's Day when I went to pick it up the receipt on the box said sugar butter so I didn't bother checking it since I was in a rush. I got home and it was the wrong flavor ! I called and try to get my money back the girl who answered the phone hung up and then when I called back she tried saying she didn't. She said her manager was going to call me which he eventually did he said he was going to look into it, give me a refund and call me back but he never did . Today current date is the 24 of February and I have yet to receive my refund I called again today and they said my manager would be in contact AGAIN. Ridiculous at this point ."

"First off I love Mrs. Fields cookie! Definitely my favorite cookie and cookie cake of all time and the taste is amazing! I just want to talk about this location specifically! So I called ahead of time to ask if they can match the deal online for a birthday cake he said we aren't apart of Mrs.Fields but I can give you some free things to match it. Just come in. Which is weird because they say Mrs. Felids and are a franchise. So I did and they marked the cookie cake almost $10 up from the online price. Which I made sure it was the same one I got exactly! It sucked Because it felt like I got over charged on purpose which is never a good feeling especially when you know the right price but I don't like to argue and this was a cake for my sister."
