"It is disappointing to see the decline of this once iconic New England restaurant. Even the ice cream cannot redeem the quality of the establishment. I believe that within a year, this business will inevitably shut down. This is difficult for me to admit, as it used to be a favorite spot to take my children for dining. We have created many fond memories there over the years. However, our experience tonight was disappointing. We went in for ice cream at 8 pm and did not receive our order until 9 pm, despite there being only 4 other customers in the restaurant. Our server, Allssa (presumably), was apologetic, but it is evident that the establishment does not prioritize customer service. The restaurant was dirty and no one bid us farewell or thanked us as we left. Although the taste of the ice cream was acceptable, one sundae was missing a significant portion of ice cream, while another of the same kind was overflowing. The to-go containers were also only half full. Despite my disappointment, I did not raise any complaints due to the lengthy wait. After countless meals at this restaurant, I can confidently say that our family will not be returning. It is unfortunate."
