Friendly's - Menu

very slow service. waitresses were less helpful and friendly. the food was very eh. this is not the restraint for children I grew up with! first visit in years and will not be back.

The restaurant opens around 11am, but even though we arrived three minutes later, they did not let us in the door, despite it being 15 degrees outside. A waitress arrived late and informed us that they would open after we had returned to the car, but we decided not to wait in the cold.

I had a great experience! I have a table right away. I sat down and ordered my chicken fingers and washed everything with a strawberry fribble! The best! I wish friendliness would bring Malt back for the Fribble, that was my favorite! Thank you to my waitress. I wish I could remember her name. I'm sorry! View menu

I used to order a Reuben sandwich with fries and coleslaw at this restaurant, but now they charge almost $13 for just one of the sides. I was also disappointed to find that my sandwich had been cut in half and they wanted to charge an extra $2 for it. Unfortunately, the service and quality of the Ruben sandwiches have really declined here.

Service VERY slow, even when we were the third of only 3 tables. My granddaughter wanted a root beer float but was told they don't male them and she should get the blue razz.. Which i wouldn't let her drink!I ordered the chowder and salad combo.The soup was undercooked.The salad was old.Wanted vinegar but was given Italian dressing...Not thrilled.

I know, kindness has a hit with service and customer service since Covid but I am here today and had the best experience!!! Very clean location and my waitress Amanda is amazing!!!! I had served the food hot and fresh and very fast! Thank you for this great service today!! Hey, boss doesn't let Amanda go! She's the best thing that happens here in a long time! Keep it on boys!!! Colleen and Margo made our dinner at Friendly a relaxed and fun evening. They were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. They also recommended the sunflower dish, which was delicious. After a long day of exploring with friends, it was a great place to stop for a meal and good service. As always, the food was fresh and tasty. Having not seen too many places from a friend today, it was great to stop in this childhood favorite for a good meal and good service. I do door Dash and had a delivery to the Friendly’s in Palmer When I arrived the doors were locked because they closed at 10. It was about 10:05 when I arrived and knocked on the door this girl answered the door and told me the door dash had been picked up hours ago. The restaurant had been cleaned and everyone was ready to go home. The girls name was Destinee she was amazing, Helpful, kind and understanding. She remade the order for me even though she didn’t have to. She did it with no complaints. If you were lucky enough to have Destinee as your server or help you out at Friendly’s you’ll be in good hands. Destinee is one of the best employees I have ever dealt with at any Friendly’s.
