"Absolutely the WORST EXPERIENCE! They close the doors at any time and say they are only serving drive thru. When you go to the drive thru, they come to say they will be with you in a minute. Then, they NEVER come back!!!! If there is a car ahead of youand one behind you, you will be STUCK in that line until someone finally realizes that nobody will be getting any food anddecides to leave! "The older gentleman working this evening should not have a job in customer service if this is the kind of attitude he gives to customers. The moment he first acknowledged us at the speaker he sounded like he would rather us not be in his drive thru to begin with, as we ordered each persons order in our vehicle he wpuldnt stop sighing at us and seeming to grow more annoyed with every item we added. People are only in your drive thru for approximately 2-3 minutes at most and your job for those few minutes are to give people a pleasant experience so they want to come back and this evening this gentleman did not meet company standards in anyway."

"I found a hair in my food today, which was disappointing. I called the restaurant to let them know and possibly suggest they use hair nets, but they took no responsibility and claimed that no one working there has brown hair. It was a funny response, as I was just trying to inform them of an issue, not looking for a refund or replacement meal. Overall, the service and food quality both received a rating of 1. This was a take-out breakfast meal that cost between $20 to $30 per person."

I then parked and went inside and the person at the counter stated that they could not assist me. She said she was unable to do a refund or assist in any way since I ordered on the app. While at the store I attempted to contact customer support on chat and got the message that no one was available. I then waited to try again later. Now chat is available. but they seem to be unable to understand the issue. No love found @Burger King. "The meal I had was simply the worst I've ever experienced. I ordered a Bacon King with extra pickles and onions, but the sandwich was cold and had barely any bacon on it—just two pickles and a few onions. The fries tasted like they were an hour old and were completely unsalted. My granddaughter ordered an ice drink from the drive-thru menu, but instead she received a Hi-C, and the staff informed us that they don't have ices. So why is it even listed on the menu?"

"During the summer and mostly autumn, this Burger King had a "made to order" service. While we would wait about 10 minutes, the food was consistently hot and fresh, which I really appreciated. However, now that winter has arrived, it seems the BK is under new management and has returned to a faster service. Unfortunately, this means that half the time my food is warm and incorrect, and the other half it's overcooked and dry from sitting out. I rated it 4 stars for the summer service, but my recent visits have left me less impressed."

"I don't know if it's this location, or Burger King as a whole that's going downhill. Not remotely busy, still took more than 20 minutes to get food. Everything in the restaurant was sticky, and the bathroom was particularly gross. I'd likely go back if I got the craving for a whopper, accepting that I'd hate myself for it later, but I'm probably good for at least a year. We'll see if there are any Burger Kings left by then."

"This is hands down the friendliest fast food restaurant I've ever visited. Every employee was cheerful, welcomed me with a smile, and appeared genuinely happy to be at work. The restaurant was impeccably clean and well-organized. I almost felt guilty for just ordering a cup of coffee. When I returned the next day, they remembered me even though I had only been there once! They even asked if I wanted another cup of coffee. I usually don’t write reviews for fast food places—especially good ones—but these folks truly deserve it."

"this is one of the worst experiences I ever had in a fast food restaurant. cashier has made the order wrong even after driving to the window and informed them of the order requested by us. I came in and told the cassian that we ordered this to eat as we did it because of allergies and simply removing the objects would not be acceptable. the cashier had restored the order. the manager, when he gave me that, told me that he couldn't do that and that I'd get my order when I ordered it. he was rude and restless. "I just picked up my takeout order, and everything was made fresh to order, likely because they were about to close. The staff was amazing! I had originally wanted to order nuggets, but they informed me they were out of stock, which was a bit disappointing. I ended up choosing a different option. While I was waiting for my food, they managed to find some nuggets and included them in my order for free. That was a pleasant surprise! I've come across many negative reviews for this location, but I honestly can't understand them."
