"Friendly 's IS NOTwhat it use to be. There is a serious shortage of help!! When One first walks in the restaurant, expect to wait for seating. This isn 't due to the place being crowded. There isn 't anyone to greet and seat YOU. We waited a good ten (10) minutes. That is unacceptable!!!All my wife and I wanted was ice cream. My Jim Dandy was HORRIBLE!! It was made incorrectly w/ none of the three (3) toppings (Marshmallow, Chocolate and Strawberry). In addition, the ice cream was melted.I requested another Jim Dandy to be made. It was better, however still unacceptable!! Once again, the ice cream was soupy and melted. I told my Wife, the Freezer must be. BROKEN ...... How can Management serve food in less than optimal temperaturea? This is not correct food conditions under Safe Serve Rules.The Owners need to fix this issue IMMEDIATELY .The Owners, also need to go under cover to fix staffing issues. No One wants Staffers complaining about their job to Patrons. Especially, about the lack of tips they 're receiving. It 's uncomfortable and actually backfires. When a Server complains to Patrons about tips, it makes One feel like The Server is squeezing them for money. For me, I then tip less or not at all.This partially why Friendly 's went Bankrupt. Poor Food and Poor Service will put any Business in the dumps quickly. I won 't be returning until THE SERVICE and FOOD drastically improves.PLEASE LIKE, RATE FOLLOW ME....."
