"It was my son's and husband's birthday. When we got there there was only 6 people . We waited over a hour and still got our order wrong . How do you mess up hot wings. We ordered breaded and flavored. Then had to send back and came out naked. We will never be back and friends and family. I have been manager in fast food and to do business like that you will go under. Plus never Acknowledged their birthday.. Very unprofessional, sorry, usually never complain ."

"I ordered an impossible whopper on the app with a coupon that said free whopper or impossible whopper. When I got to the store the system marked it as a regular one. I can not eat meat so I am usually happy that they offer the impossible option. I asked them if they could fix it and one employee was nice to me but they called their manager who was rude and insisted that it’s a dollar extra for the impossible one even though the coupon said either one should be free. Very upsetting did not feel respected whatsoever."

"Saturday @2:00 pm drive Thur service was horrible no one in front or behind us in line and the server Ashley was curt and didn’t take our order properly, then told us to wait a minute. We thought she got our order and we drove to the pick up window, she said we didn’t order .. full of herself she asked “what do you want? “ with attitude, we told her three more times and she still gave us the wrong order once more and charged us 15.00 dollars for two cokes and two fries! When we told her there weren’t any burgers in the bag , she replied very flippant “ you didn’t order burgers!”Silly me.. I thought when you ordered two# 5’s with cheese , med fries and med cokes .. the burgers came with the meals!When we questioned her , she told us “That’s what you ordered and to move on because there were other customers in line!”We parked, I went into the manage and explained why I was returning the food . Manage seemed not interested , never offered up an apology and handed me my refund.Burger King employees should alway be courteous, for you never know who you’re dealing with on the other of side of the counter. Whether Important or not, don’t dismiss people it’s just rude.!"

"Today I visited this store. I went through drive thru but being that I was using more than one coupon I had to come in. So I came in using 3 coupons on 1 order. One of the coupons was for 2 original 2 small fries for 6.99, I also had a coupon for mccrispy chicken and small fry for 6.99. I also had a coupon for 9 piece chicken fries and small fry for 3.99. I asked the cashier if I could use the mccrispy chicken coupon for 2 orders of mccrispy and small fries like arby she said no.ok cool I then ask if I could use the app also she yes. So I thought I uploaded the coupon but I didn't ok cool that was on my end. So I just ordered a mccrispy meal and paid full price at 8.69 I asked the lady to repeat the order and she had some corrections to do. Ok cool. I think she had a hard time understanding me because I had some teeth extracted 2 days ago. So she gives me my total which was 41.00 and some change. I didn't make a fuss I paid got my receipt as they were preparing my meal I examed my receipt which at that time me and her thought she just over charged me for justsandwich. And she refunded me 5.21 for a sandwich. Which I still didn't feel like it was rt. But I said oh well. As I'm waiting I overhear the Manager talking in her head set saying now she says order three crispy chicken. Which was not true I knew then there was a miscommunication I tried getting her attention the all while I was waiting on my order. So she turned around to give me my order and she says here's what you order I politely said man I'm not trying to rip you guys off or anything but this not what I wanted and I think we had a miscommunication some where. Yes this lady told me yes this what you ordered. I politely told her I think there may been a miscommunication. She insisted that this was what I ordered and more less take it. So I asked if the cashier was this a Bennet franchise and nobody answered. Then manager yells in my face go ahead and call she's not getting in trouble. The cashier did absolutely nothing wrong to me it was just a miscommunication but that manager was so disrespectful she ruined are meal and my day by this encounter. My sister and I worked for Bennett Corp stores for many years when we were younger and never in a million years no other manager we had would've acted as she did. A manager job is to help the problem not instigated. Idk what this lady was having a bad day or was she racist. Why wouldn't she want to find out was going on in her store is crazy to me. "On Friday night, September 9th, I went to see that 4 employees run all the place! The food came out hot and fresh and they flew!!! Huge praise for this team!! I worked for over a decade of fast food and sometimes it is a very grateful job. I got no names on Friday, but the 4 were amazing, not to mention uncomfortable friendly under this kind of pressure"

"I have been a simi regular at this burger king for quite some time and have only seen a steady decline in quality of food and service. The place hasn't had proper wrappers for any of their burgers in months, they hardly ever have any varity of sodas, and one of the soda machines has been broken for over a year now. My friends and I came here for a quick dinner and they had already ordered but while I stood there the workers just stared at me and waited for food to come down when I wanted to order myself it was a good 3 to 4 minutes of the worker just standing there doing nothing and glancing at me every now and then. The food then took 20 minutes to come out as the place had 4 people working during the height of dinner rush. I ordered a bacon king and did not get any bacon on my sandwich. I also ordered an ice cream cone which after waiting for a while at the counter I eventually left because I did not wish to wait forever to get my cone. There was one worker in particular that was very vocal about how they were all alone and doing everything when they in fact were doing hardly anything. While I do not blame the staff for the lack of workers, the lack of communication between them is sad. Evidently the kitchen had said they were out of bacon before I ordered but the person upfront did not register it i guess. The only positive I have to say is the fries were fresh. But I will be going to the Union location from now on. "This burger King is a very strange experience always. 10 min per car in the drivethru is the norm late. This was my last stop at this location. I tried one more time to visit this location. I will say this was my last try at burger king all together. After dsrk there are clearly no managers present. Sat for 10 min in drive through, had to move on. No response from the speaker or any signs of life at 8pm. This burger king franchise is special. The person before me, reving his engine was a clue to move on after 10 min. Strange is all i can say, i will not return"

"The only thing they are consistent about is, disappointment. The broiler is always broken down and they run out if things often. They asked me to pull into space #1 cause they were making my 2 chicken wraps and fries fresh, well....15 minutes later, we looped back around and the girl handed us our food real quick and shut the window. Needless to say, it wasn't fresh. The wraps were room temp and the fries were old and cold. They are the worst Burger King ever. This was not my first experience like this. Its everytime. I decided to drive to cape from now on, if I want burger king"

Let's be honest—talking into a drive-thru speaker can be as enjoyable as a visit from Freddy Krueger. However, Heather and Miranda had me laughing even before I had placed my order! Great job, ladies! As for parking, there are plenty of spaces available."

The atmosphere of the restaurant was decent, scoring a 3. However, the food itself was disappointing, leading to a low rating of 2. "I have to say the night shift workers are awesome they wasn't rude or disrespectful in anyway and I got my drink in a timely manner. I have to give a round of applause to the two men that was working tonight they where awesome. I have nothing bad to say about this burger king everytime I go there my order is always right never once has my order been messed up and I've always got my orders in a timely manner and the food has never been cold. I have to honestly say this is one of the best burger king's I've been to despite what everyone else says I love it. All the staff have been friendly twords me and the people I bring with me. "Perhaps a juicy burger could satisfy our cravings, despite the fact that we were a well-dressed group. Once we arrived, I found myself at the front door, with my companions close behind. As I approached the counter, I was warmly greeted by a towering man who introduced himself and offered to take our order. Commander Holly, as he called himself, suggested a classic beef burger (naturally with cheese) and some crispy fries. We agreed on a reasonable price, and soon the kitchen crew sprang into action, determined to prepare us a feast that would rival our last visit six months prior. To our delight, the food was exceptional, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the drinks were refreshing. I was reluctant to leave this paradise so quickly, but unfortunately, the kids were fed up, and my partner was annoyed that I was basking in my food-induced bliss. As I thanked Commander Holly for his service on this lovely day, he cheerfully replied, “No need for gratitude, my friend! I’m just happy you chose this place to alleviate your hunger!” With that, Commander Holly and the rest of the crew seemed to vanish into thin air. Was it all an illusion? Had our appetites truly been satisfied? Was this man the legendary Burger King himself, helping weary travelers feast upon the remnants of their adventures? No one knows for sure. His name, his crew, and their noble service will be remembered fondly, wherever they may be."
"The last order was very wrong. Wrong sandwiches and no wraps. Substitute for chicken fries because no stock. Ice cream tastes bad. Lettuce was wilted. No tomatoes on my wraps after I did get them. Last order was also wrong. Very disappointing after driving home and realizing food was wrong. Then we tried to call and phone doesn't work. Can't complain when no one answers the phone. Extremely poor way to run a restaurant. We don't eat out much and when we spend the money it would be nice to at least get what we ordered. Feels like we were ripped off."
