"I noticed the manager in the dining area, cleaning tables and thanking customers for coming in. It was nice to see that level of engagement. I also observed the staff in the back; most of them were women aged 25-45 who appeared well-trained and efficient. This approach clearly works well for this location, and management deserves credit for it. Overall, I had a great experience, and if I’m passing through that way again, I’ll definitely stop by. "There were some problems with are meals with my group that were incorrectly made after adding things we didn't want in with it, we also ordered milkshakes but it was barely even cold one had to much chocolate and another didn't have enough in. It should be the same amount put in. The quality of the milkshakes also were very poor in general, I know there was technical difficulties from the previous day but all the side options listed here don't deal with what happend. Work can be boring so it's ok to have some fun as i seen but orders shouldn't have so many problems while doing that. Sorry but you don't have vote in confidence of the work ethics that happened on that day burger King I'd rather go somewhere else next time for better quality foods for what we pay for"

"Usually this is my favorite place to go, they are friendly and have great food. today was not one of those days. I'm not sure when the girl worked, it was by itself to run the dinge, but a lot was a miss. we were there at 5-5:20 and there was a car at the window in front of me, but that was for ppl at the time when we tried to order, they did not ask what we wanted to drink, or what size, or any sauces. everything she said was all but very rude, when we were an inconvenience. So we come into the window and she sniffs my card, leads her and there is no entry back and before we can tell everything she ran on the back. I opened my sandwich and it was thick and heavy. I asked for no wobble that there was no...as always she loaded my sandwich with 40...yes 40 pickles. I have all counted"

"In my hometown in Florida, the Burger King is quite disappointing. However, this location is significantly better. I really enjoyed the chicken sandwich and fries. I was also pleased to see that they employ individuals with disabilities, including one person with Down syndrome. It’s wonderful to see them providing opportunities and promoting inclusivity. Additionally, the staff did an excellent job!"

"I have had consistently bad experiences at this restaurant - they always get my order wrong, only take cash at night, and the lady Maria at the drive-thru is rude. Because of these issues, I have stopped going except in the mornings when things are better. The app also doesn't work at this location. While you can't control prices, the food is not worth it when compared to other fast food options like Carl's Jr or McDonald's. With so much competition, especially in Douglas, I recommend going elsewhere. Overall rating: 1 star."

"Probably the overall best Burger King I have been to. That isn't a glowing recommendation because most Burger Kings aren't that great. But the owners here keep the place up, workers are among the best you will find at a Burger King and the food is OK. I try not to go to fast food more than a couple times a month, but if you are in a hurry, you can do a lot worse that this place for fast food. I also give Burger King credit for adding plant based options to their menu. A side note, both my kids got their first summer job here 30 or so years ago, and frankly it was quite poorly run.and bad even for a Burger King. It ended up good for the kids though. The first day of work, they put my 15 year old son on the cash register because he was the only employee who could count money accurately. 2 years later when my daughter worked a summer, she was frequently harassed, but held her own and put the creeps in their place. The place has improved dramatically since then. The good thing was after working there, the kids determined they would study hard to improve themselves so they could hopefully do better both eventually went to graduate school in medicine and law, and work in those fields to this day. Some not so great things can end up leading to better things. I do give credit though to the current ownership turning this place into a solid fast food restaurant. "Hey guys! Here is the message I just emailed to corporate about your fantastic location!Five times! Five times in a row this Burger King has gotten my order wrong, and the customer service is just awful. This last order (12/10 at 2:51PM) I did not get an Original Chicken Sandwich, any of the sauce I asked for and my onion rings were very cold. Order#875158 Reg 6 Drive Thru Employee 632143 Name Sherry. The woman at the 2ND window that handed me the food was horrible. No smile, bad attitude and practically threw the bag at me without saying a word and then guess what? My order was wrong. My last four experiences were not any better. Just in the past month, I had a Rodeo Burger with no BBQ sauce on it, dealt with that same rude employee in the drive thru, and the food that they charged me for but did not put in the bag includes 2 whopper jrs, a large onion ring and the Original Chicken Sandwich I mentioned earlier. The number of mistakes, and carelessness I have experienced at this location is completely embarrassing. I been in the employees shoes before. I worked at the BK in Binghamton, NY while attending college. I know what is expected of BK employees and this location does not begin to meet the slightest expectations. Long wait times. Horrible Customer Service, Cold Food, Missing items in multiple orders. That location has now lost my business. IF I do return to Burger King it will be the Imlay City, MI location because the Lapeer location has lost any and all trust I ever placed in them. Corporate should be embarrassed and humiliated that their company is being represented is such an unprofessional and disgusting manner. I have brought my complaints to a manager before. An older, heavyset woman simply said sorry and walked away to continue working. Customers are not valued, not treated with an ounce of respect and they are delivering a poor product. As a multiple business owner myself, I would not tolerate such negligence from employees and whoever trained these careless and incompetent individuals. It is my sincere hope that you do not either. I may never return to this location, however taking action may very well save countless other customers from the experiences I have had there. I regret the last five orders I placed there, so I can only imagine the number of dissatisfied customers the Lapeer location has, who have just not taken the time to speak up. Do something about it please."

"I suspect that this restaurant is involved in money laundering. If corporate were to inspect the place, I believe it would be shut down immediately. I even had to visit a Burger King in Hilo just to confirm that the Pahoa location on the Big Island is the only one with such poor service. I always wondered why there was a constant line at the competitor across the street while this Burger King was nearly empty. For the record, I've been to this location several times (each time a new commercial aired) until I finally decided to get my BK fix in Hilo instead. While I haven’t tried to launder money there yet, paying their outrageous prices makes me feel like I'm cleaning someone’s cash. *I'll update with a score regarding their money laundering operation."

"Nastiest experience ever from a restaurant that used to be on top . I placed an order through door dash which charges more than regular prices . So I should get the best service and experience. I ordered family bundle. My surprise was with the dasher posting this photo on left with no glue or appealing way to serve food and no sticker to glue to glue it as usual. So how do I know if the dasher Is clean . Plus the one French fries bag was half way full and a missing cheese burger . Any way I gave it to the dog because I don't guarantee the cleanliness of the food . Doordash refunded my money . This store is going down hell . Don't waste your time by ordering from them"
