"Nastiest experience ever from a restaurant that used to be on top . I placed an order through door dash which charges more than regular prices . So I should get the best service and experience. I ordered family bundle. My surprise was with the dasher posting this photo on left with no glue or appealing way to serve food and no sticker to glue to glue it as usual. So how do I know if the dasher Is clean . Plus the one French fries bag was half way full and a missing cheese burger . Any way I gave it to the dog because I don't guarantee the cleanliness of the food . Doordash refunded my money . This store is going down hell . Don't waste your time by ordering from them"

"One of the worse fast food drive thru service ever. ordered a meal and as i was approaching the the pickup window the worker had the food waiting for me out the window. I grabbed the bag of food then turned to grab my drink to only get a cup full of coke on my lap inside my car. No apologies no nothing. The only thing he asked was did I want another drink...duh you just poured the last cup on my lap. Then it happened again the 2nd time. He used the same cup that was broken from the lid not staying on all the way. The service is horrible i did not get anything to compensate my troubles that I went through not even a napkin. I eventually got my money back only after going home to change cause I was on my lunch break. I will be back in tomorrow to speak with a manager that actually hopefully knows what they are doing. Never AGAIN WILL I GO TO THE KING!!!!"

"I was pleasantly surprised at my visit here. it's pretty helpful since I was here, I wasn't happy with confused orders, cold eating, rude staff, etc. I chased a ham and cheese cheese, usually it's hours before they're open when I'm home from work in my way, so I don't stop here. this time we decided and everything was great! ham, ice cream and cheese cresant, wurstei and cheese cresant, hash browns, French toaststicks and our koks and diet coke were all right. eating hot, the staff was really friendly. we went back the next day! thank you. thanks to the morning workers. you are hard work."

"Honestly rather go any other burger place than burger king, I have nothing against the staff. They're OK, definitely not the friendliest but not rude either. But my biggest complaint is that they are CONSTANTLY out of certain foods like French fries. I've gone to BK 3 times this month and of course everytime I go, day or night they are out of French fries and will ONLY swap for onion rings, like seriously?? Like what kind of burger joint doesn't have French fries ALL the time.. and the food isn't even very good and they take awhile to make your food, its a pathetic place honestly. It's just the only other place to go when you don't want food poisoning from McDonald's."

"I visited a Burger King located at the intersection of Younger Street and Northern Saint Peter's Parkway in Saint Peter's. I used the drive-thru and found the staff to be very friendly, attentive, and patient. I ordered both breakfast and lunch items, which were cooked thoroughly and served hot. I am unsure if they are currently allowing dine-in service due to the COVID-19 pandemic, as every restaurant has different regulations. I did not wear a mask while using the drive-thru, but it is not necessary. I requested a small water without ice after receiving my order, and the staff happily accommodated my request. This was the best experience I have had in a fast food restaurant in a long time. I want to thank the Burger King staff for providing me with a memorable experience that I will cherish in the future."

"I have ordered 3 times from this particular BK. I have been let down each time. Let's start with the first time. The service was uppity and very laxed. Practically no words were said and was just handed my food. Doesn't sound like a big deal until you look into the bag itself where a purposely punctured ranch cup was dripping everywhere in the bag. So wasn't really affected by it until I realized the puncture was perfectly straight like a knife prodded it or the likes. I said whatever. So the following couple days. I went back for 5 Choking spicy meal. But was let down when I received my order. I soon push back checking on my food and brought home food from the BK. When I found out that all of them really had nothing to do with Chicken. They were all whoppers, and on my order.. I precisely said spicy choking. Number etc etc. And even then they sounded careless on the comms and continued to give me the wrong order. I have been let known at the establishment that a particular individual doesn't take the job seriously and prefers to make an asinine of themselves. I would hope that BK would take better ideals of these things than to just let anyone work there. Brings them bad service reviews like this one and a dis-service to the community. I hope to go back soon with better service."

The manager was truly dedicated to making the sale and ensuring customer satisfaction, unlike our experience at the Burger King in Terre Haute on 41, where they seemed to overlook the survey process because the survey code wasn't on the receipt like it used to be in another state. Additionally, the restaurant was so dimly lit that customers didn’t even realize they were open. However, the Burger King in Sullivan, Indiana, will always be a stop when traveling to Northern Indiana and beyond. A special thanks to the night manager who worked on April 16, 2022. "As for the veggie fried rice, it was quite strange. It contained large chunks of bell peppers, celery, zucchini, watercress, and mini corn cobs—definitely an unusual combination. Additionally, the dinner portions were more like lunch portions; they were so small that sharing wouldn't have been practical. I found them to be overpriced, and when I called to express my concern about paying $50 for such small portions, they admitted that yes, they were aware the portions were small and suggested that next time I could order a meal for two. Honestly, who wants to spend that much on Chinese food for such little quantity? I recommend thinking carefully before you order. I’d rather pay a bit more and drive out to China Villa, Kwong Tung Inn, or Leong's on 23rd Street to ensure I get my money’s worth. I've attached pictures of my meal. I won’t be returning.
