"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. There was no sauce for the onion rings, even though I had ordered it. We also received no forks for the Sunday pies and didn’t get any napkins. The biggest issue was that my chicken sandwich came without the chicken patty—just a bun, lettuce, and mayo! This location just keeps getting worse. On top of everything, they are strict about charging extra for more than one sauce. It's outrageous!"

"I’m a frequently eat here cause it’s cheap and quick but a big complaint I have is if you’re making your customer wait for fresh food, make sure it’s all fresh. "Tonight, I went for a half-hour stroll near the Hiram G. Andrews Center campus and decided to stop by a Burger King located just outside the Westwood Plaza, a strip mall in the suburb of Westmont, Johnstown. To my surprise, this location is one of the few Burger Kings left in the country that still features a playground for kids. It really takes me back to the nostalgia of the 2000s!"

"Been to this location multiple locations over the years, and something that needed to be done a couple of years back is the big renovation makeover. It sure paid off in the long run and it's great to see the changes. Getting into and out of this Burger King can be a challenge, especially at the entrance from Vassar Road and Route 9 northbound as it meets up at the drive-through in the T intersection (If you've been there, you'll know). It's much worse at the Vassar end, as that entrance it's small which could cause traffic from the main road, which is even worse if each car meets up at the right time at the T. Luckily, I've never experienced it, thank goodness. For the layout design, I'm giving that a 1-star rating. Overall, the service is a bit slow on some days I visited, but this one stands out okay."

"This Burger King is a real funny one; I was at the drive-through and was having trouble deciding what I wanted because I was unfamiliar with the menu (I was a McD person usually but wanted to try them) so the fella behind the voice was going through all the meals and explaining what how they were made and was so funny he had my mouth watering...eventually I decided and he was so happy to see me at the window he wanted to make sure I was happy with my order. Just too much, what a real nice experience I had....I was using a coupon I got in the mail and since this experience I have been back 3 times in the last 2 weeks....OMG I'm in love with that juicy Double Cheese Burger thanks to the guy behind the voice box at the Moehead City Burger King!!"

"I feel terrible for not having the young lady's name BUT in a rare moment we had a great fast food experience! We went to burger King at 11:30 last night to get 2 of the new chicken sandwiches (ch^king) which are great by the way!! We wanted one with pickles and sauce and one with lettuce and tomato. When we got to the window they both had pickle and sauce because I ordered the classic thinking that was the 1 with lettuce and tomato. Point being, it was our fault the order was wrong and in spite of that and it being closing time, with a smile and pleasant disposition the young lady fixed our order!"

"I will not be returning to this restaurant. I specifically requested hot and fresh food, and although I was assured I would receive it, that was not the case. I had my grandkids with me that day, and we stopped for hot burgers and fries to enjoy at the park for a fun day together. Unfortunately, we barely touched half of our food. I found the prices to be excessively high, and it feels wasteful to toss most of it in the trash. This place may need a new manager to ensure that customers receive their food fresh and hot, rather than having it sit under a heat lamp. That's not what people are paying for. Overall, I would rate the food a 1."

"The only Burger King in Port Jervis, the overall service level is higher than anywhere else in New York. I like their corporate culture very much. No matter what kind of guests they meet, they always put their guests first. There was an impressive female clerk at the front desk who had braces (it might be a bit rude of me to say that, but I don't know what to call her). The environment is average and the parking is convenient. The shortcomings are the long wait time to pick up the food, the toilet hygiene is very bad, the free Wifi has never been successfully connected, and the sauce packets have started to charge extra. I think none of this should happen in a national chain store. So overall I would give it a 3 experience. I hope the management of this store will notice this"
