"Been to this location multiple locations over the years, and something that needed to be done a couple of years back is the big renovation makeover. It sure paid off in the long run and it's great to see the changes. Getting into and out of this Burger King can be a challenge, especially at the entrance from Vassar Road and Route 9 northbound as it meets up at the drive-through in the T intersection (If you've been there, you'll know). It's much worse at the Vassar end, as that entrance it's small which could cause traffic from the main road, which is even worse if each car meets up at the right time at the T. Luckily, I've never experienced it, thank goodness. For the layout design, I'm giving that a 1-star rating. Overall, the service is a bit slow on some days I visited, but this one stands out okay."

I enjoyed a hot and swirl ring for the first time in many years, and I noticed that nothing has changed. It's still wonderfully chaotic, and I'm quite happy with it. Food rating: 4/5.

I ordered my meal at CH'KING without pickles and no sweet and sour sauce, yet both items came with pickles. Everything tasted like it had been sitting out for a while because it was all cold.

the service was fast. the breakfast is wonderful to choose. came out hot and delicious. will definitely go back. child-friendly: children are always welcome to park: parking is no problem at all. Accessibility: easy in and out with a wheelchair.

The restaurant was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the food was quite good. As for parking, it can vary; there are times when there is plenty of parking available, while other times it can be a bit challenging to find a space. It seems like some days are just busier than others.

Was charged 14.00 for a fish sandwich sweet tea and a small onion ring. They gave me French fries. The bread was stale on a fish sandwich and the ice tea was mixed with soda. I should have argued about the cost but had to get to work. Won’t be going back to any Burger Kings.Hope this is the store on Rte. 9 by Marist College. The food arrived ice cold, the onion rings were overly salty, and the Spider-Man Whopper was nothing special—just half the size of a regular Whopper. I would have preferred a regular Whopper instead, unless they've downsized that one too. Overall, I was completely unimpressed after spending $30. The only highlight was the vanilla shake, which was quite small. It's clear that Burger King isn't what it used to be, and I left feeling very disappointed. On a positive note, I want to give kudos to the Dasher for being very courteous.

I walked out without placing an order. There were several others waiting for their orders which was a clue that service at this BK was slow. After a few minutes one of the counter persons asked me to wait a minute. Which I did. The individual eventually helped me so I asked if there were any 2 for $5 or $6 or meal specials available. These were not indicated on the electronic menu screens. The answer was a terse, the usual things, but they are now $7. The individual walked away to fill an order.
