"This location doesn't care if you get what you ordered and paid for. Lately I never get my whoppers with cheese or nuggets with sauce. Just happened again and I just paid for a delux chicken sandwich meal with bacon. They gave me a regular chickensandwich. I pay but do not get what I paid for. The obviously are telling me to go away and I will. You should stay away too ifyou like paying and getting what was asked for."

"Says dine in open till 10 m-s. Door was locked at 830. Knocked and knocked and was visibly ignored finally let in by random employee who was also locked out. Then when got on to finally just use restroom (had full intention to use drive through just had to use restroom before long drive) They sad it was locked because of Covid??? 2023 Service: Dine in"

"Probably the best, biggest burgers you can get in this town. Food is always fresh, fast and on point as far as accuracy and quality. Specifically the fries and onion rings are always fresh, crispy and pipin' HOT! The ladies who usually work the window when I'm there are always upbeat, friendly and *just maybe* always have a little bit of bacon or something for any dogs I may have in the back seat (unless that would get someone in trouble, in which case I'm a filthy liar). Seems like people are starting to see this BK for what it is and drive-thru lines are getting longer but they keep it moving even when they are busy, funny to see the line around the building at a certain burger place next door when you can be in and out here in 5-10 minutes at most. My only note would be to ask for light mayo, but that's a rule across the board for every BK I've been to "

"My husband pulled up tonight to try and order food at around 9:30PM tonight. No one inside the restaurant, and nobody in the drive thru. We’re sitting there and no one says anything through the speaker which sometimes it’s understandable, the employees are busy but typically they let you know to hold on a second. Nope..whoever was working there tonight waits and then FINALLY responds and says “hang on. Im trying to teach someone something” like common sense lady we’re not mind readers knowing what you’re doing . The restaurant is completely empty and the least you can do is tell the drive thru customer to wait instead of having them sit there trying to get your attention . Anyways so we have a code for a deal on the app and as my husband is trying to talk she cuts him off rudely she can’t hear anything. And so my husband speaks Louder and again, lets her know we have a code. She rudely responds with “I JUST NEED THE NUMBER” excuse me? Are you that miserable with your life that you have to take it out on someone who is just trying to order?? If she’s training someone since she told us at the beginning she was teaching someone something maybe she should also add respect and good customer service on there. Anyways, I just ended up telling her we were not going to order anything and drove away. Hire people with some sort of decency"

"This week, I stopped by and, even though it was still breakfast time, the employee asked if I wanted a cheeseburger. I expected to be offered a breakfast sandwich or turned away, like at other fast-food places. Instead, this attentive employee took my order right away, and the food was warm, fresh, and tasty. The customer service here is excellent! I highly recommend this Burger King—it's still the best one from the 90s!"

"I walk in in from driving 2 hours, to order food and use the bathroom. There's a sign on the men's room that says bathroom closed. On the women's bathroom door, it says the restroom is for paying customers only. I bought two meals and asked to use thebathroom to which I was told the men's bathroom is closed. I said, I see that. May I use the women's restroom. No he tells me. Iask to see the manager. She also said no. I didn't freak out. They bring me my food to the counter. I ask for fry sauce. Theydon't carry it any more. Do you even care about customers? You lost me. I won't be back for at least a couple of years so enjoymy twenty bucks or whatever."

"I began my experience with high hopes, thanks to a friendly person at the drive-thru who made sure to prepare my fries well-done and extra crispy. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The fries were cold—I could tell as soon as she handed me the bag just five seconds after I pulled up to the window. When I got home, I discovered that my daughter's cheeseburger was missing the top bun! How does that even happen? There are some serious issues that need to be addressed."
"I have no idea where to start; except to say, do not interfere with the drive thru or the order from inside. the management does not prepare for rush hours so machines (credit card, pop machines, etc. are down or they move the order. it takes forever to get their orders and management will scream at their employees when they should be clear and precise,' the first time they ask them to deliver something on the parking space, etc. I know that this is for all time, but I will not become a place that continues to have problems like this without any sign of improvements. if they are not able to work both sides (run them thru or in restaurant) choose and improve them one and then both. Otherwise, their situation at this place is getting worse and worse. choose them wisely."

"My favorite item on the menu is the Big Fish sandwich, along with the veggie Impossible Whopper. They also offer vegetarian options, such as the Impossible Whopper. The service is good and they offer takeout meals for lunch. The price per person is typically between $10 and $20. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all 4 out of 5. Some recommended dishes include the French Fries, Hash Browns, Onion Rings, Big Fish Sandwich, and Impossible Whopper. They have plenty of parking space available as well."

"Incredibly rude front counter manager. Went in around noon today to place an order and was told they only had one register open and it was for drive through customers. I was told I could order if I wanted to wait until the long line of drive through customers had been served. With a 30 minute lunch I didn't have the time for that and turned to leave, only to find they had locked the doors to keep anyone else from coming in. This was lunch time on a week day. The manager or whoever she is was incredibly rude and clearly did not want to serve any more customers than was absolutely necessary. It's a shame, because their food is generally pretty good, but the front counter or store manager with the long, gaudy, fake fingernails needs to be fired."
"I went to the drive through to get a quarter pound double cheese burger and received a Whopper junior with cheese. I went in to exchange the burger they argued with me about it and I left with the wrong order... I also notice a bunch of kids loitering in the lobby making other patrons uncomfortable. The floors were dirty and the help didn 't seem happy... Manager was rude... Way to keep up with you 're motto Have it your way Tried to find a way to email their corporate office but yet again Burger King has no feedback form on their website. McDonald, Jack in the Box, Wendy 's, Carl 's Junior, all have feedback forms... Bad form BK...."

"The staff are very kind at this store, however they seriously need to improve wait times. I was waiting in line for more than 20 minutes for a door dash order (no walk in, or take out option available for drivers). The order I picked up was very large, andI should have been diverted to the front of the store so not to hold up the line (especially after the 10 minute mark). It wasvery embarrassing for me as I held up about 4-6 vehicles. Unfortunately I will not be picking up any more orders from thisstore, and I advise other drivers to do the same until the offer a pull-up option for online orders/dashers."
"Nothing Like leaving a charger for your headphones on a dining table (shellcase that can only fit the particular headphones) calling into the restaurant 20 minutes later, and the person answering the phone refuses to even look at the table or in the general vicinity of it, or dare ask any other employees who may have been cleaning the front of house if they had seen it!Great customer service, appreciate that they couldn't take literally 10 seconds to go look at a table instead of standing behind the counter without any effort whatsoever.Have it your way indeed, if your way is to be degraded!"

"My wife ordered two Whoppers through the app, but when she arrived for pickup, the employee informed her that they had no patties available. To make matters worse, they didn’t offer a refund and told her to return the next day when the general manager would be there to process it. I wouldn’t recommend going there, as you might end up wasting your money and may not even receive your food."

"I stopped by for breakfast before heading to work and decided to try a croissant with egg, cheese, and sausage (which I asked to be removed). "Was just there today. Food was great. Employees, not so much. Was having a funny conversation about Spongebob with my brothers and accidentally name dropped McDonald 's in the context Why would they try to arrest plankton for stealing the secret formula, that 's like McDonald 's calling the feds on you for stealing the Big Mac secret sauce recipe which enraged a female employee who eaves dropped bits and peices of the conversation and snapped over the counter STOP COMPARING US TO MCDONALD 'S, GOD ! Who I presume was her manager tried to calm her down, but it only made the employee angrier. I don 't know what her problem was, but I guess dropping the name 'McDonald 's ' while talking about Spongebob was enough to push her over the edge."

"Don’t go to this location!Went on my lunch break, went through the drive thru. There was one car in front of me that was sitting there for 15 minutes before they took their order. Then I got to the screen and waited 12 minutes before they took my order. I ordered a #2 just the burger. Got to the window and waited 15 minutes for my burger. The lady at the window had no customer service skills. She was very rude. Over all time I waited over 30 minutes. This location needs major help with customer service skills."

"I really enjoy this Burger King. The staff are typically very friendly, the food is always fresh, and the shake machines are reliable. What really brings me back to the drive-thru, though, is how much they adore my dog. They often sneak him a nugget or two in the bag, which he absolutely loves. Because of that, he gives it two paws up and really looks forward to our visits to BK. It's the little things that truly make a difference."

"After 3 attempts in past 6 weeks, I give up. Each visit I received a cold burger. Not just slightly warm, but the kind of cold you can feel coming thru the wrapper. Again. Disgusting. I paid almost $4 for a junior Whoppee and got a slab of meat cooked 3 hours ago put on a refrigerated bun, where the cheese hadn't even thought about beginning to melt. I'm not exaggerating. No wonder McDonald's has more traffic. I won't be back, either. You just don't serve cold food, not once, not twice, but 3 times in 6 weeks. If I could give it zero stars, I certainly would!"
