"Food is really good. But lately the service over the phone has been pretty awful. I find whoever works at making the phone calls is very rude and has not customer satisfaction skills at all. I order a pizza with a side order or bake ziti and fried calamari and a slice of chocolate cake. Unfortunately I received a phone call from the restaurant telling me they don't have chocolate. I asked nicely if I could get it replace by something else instead. Who ever i spoked to over the phone was very rude and didn't offer any options as to just call the app and get my refund for my money instead of giving me options with what I could replace. This is not the first I have ordered through the app and got very rude phone calls back from the restaurant about clarifications on my order . Besides the food being really good. The service and customer experience was awful"

We got takeout pizza. They were so friendly. The cheese pizza, sausage pizza white were all terrific, even after traveling an hour home! The crust was the way NY pizza should be! Can't wait to go back!

I have to say I'm impressed. It was a busy night there and they didn't miss a beat. Food was ready on time and service was good. In today's time to see the amount of food for the price is refreshing and it was delicious af!

Good pizza, but not writing home. Sauce is beautiful and brownish, somewhat thick crust and relatively heavy on the cheese. Although my search for an ideal pizza goes on without sip to NYC, I will probably be back: someone next table had the pan pizza and it looked amazing. View menu

Customer service over the phone at 8:43pm on 2/29/24 and a few other dates have been so horrible I've decided they don't deserve a dime of my money. The person sounds like they are mad at the world for having to work there! Who wants to pay for nasty etiquette? Not on my dime.

Who doesn?t want some good pizza after a good game night with friends , well unfortunately last night me and friends didn?t get that , we placed a order around 8:50 it got to us fairly fast . However we simply asked for just Parmesan and garlic on the side for a friend who doesn?t take to the melted cheese on pizza . We didn?t get that or the cheese on the actual pizza to be real with you . Maybe you guys should go on vacation again.

We were in Poughkeepsie to visit the nearby Discovery Museum and happened upon Emiliano's. Boy were we lucky. This pizza brought me back to my youth, delicious thin crust just the right amount of sweet and savory sauce and cheese. The slices were large and there was even a Monday special a whole pie for $10!!! I don't live anywhere near Emiliano's but if I were to be passing by again, I would make sure to stop. I ordered a chicken parm sub and a slice of sausage and pepperoni pizza. The food was delivered very fast the pizza was ok (not great not bad) the sub however was horrible, very dry almost no sauce no flavor. For $20 I honestly expected better. First impressions not good. I called and spoke to person that took my order and explained the sandwhich was very dry hardly any sauce her response was all our food is pre measured, etc then was told prices had gone up (which is irrelevant) if the food is worth it I don't mind paying the price. A solid pizza place for speciality slices! Came here looking for a quick bite before heading home. Service was as sweet and polite as can be as we ordered a few regular slices and a white slice. While you wait, enjoy the scenes of Italy painted on the walls. The white slice came with a thin spreading of ricotta with plenty of herbs and garlic on top. It was delightful. The garlic actually had a sweetness to it which was not offensive. And the undercarriage is quite thin but still soft. The regular slice on the other hand, not my favorite.
