"I’ve ordered from this restaurant twice this week, and while the food is fantastic, the service leaves much to be desired. During my first online order, I was initially informed that it hadn’t been received, only to later find out that it had been sent to another customer. On my second online order, the food was delivered to the wrong location, so I had to place my order over the phone. When the food finally arrived, it was incorrect—receiving a chicken burrito instead of a vegetarian option was quite disappointing. The food is delicious when you actually receive it, but the service issues make it a frustrating experience."

"It’s not my first time at Silver Diner, so I was surprised by the more negative experience I had. To be straightforward, first of all the prices are wrong. I ordered the Philly Steak with gluten free, which comes with a surcharge of $1.99. On the menu however, it was cheaper (I recall $1.49). On the website too, it shows as $1.29. It’s a small price difference yes, but still incorrect and seems unprofessional/scammy from whoever is in charge of the menus. Furthermore, the amount of food and water was subpar. Milkshakes are very expensive so I opted for a free water, but the cups are so small that you’ll find yourself either skimping on water or constantly asking the waiter for refills. The Philly Cheesesteak (gluten-free) bun was the size of a burger from middle school, so all the meat falls out. Ended up paying $20 (not even including tip) just to not feel full and feel sort of scammed (literally and figuratively). A shame because I really enjoy the style and options of this restaurant."

"Hmm. So Valentines Day was interesting. Went out with friends and decided to give Salt Stone a try because there were lots of available reservations and we were booking at the last minute. Walking in, the place looked cozy: dark wood, fireplace, cool chandelier. But it all went downhill from there. The hostess asked us if we would like some water, then never brought it. We waited for almost min before asking if we could get a server. Now keep in mind...we were fully enjoying each other’s company and were feeling generous and patient because it was Valentines Day and we expected a little craziness. Any other day we probably would have walked out at that point. When we asked for a server, the man at the table next to us stood up and said “good luck. I ordered min ago and I still haven’t gotten my food.” He left. Still we persisted. Our server was a nice girl and very apologetic about our wait...however after taking our drink order it took another min before we finally saw her again and got our drinks. Ordering food was another ordeal. One friend had her heart set on the Valentines special (cowboy steak) but they were out. She decided to have the ribeye. Also out. So we asked the server what she would recommend that they had. She said the prime rib dip. Great! We all ordered it. She came back a few minutes later with the news...yep...out. We switched to chicken and a panini. After finally placing our order, our hummus appetizer came really quickly. It was good. But we were starving so not super picky at that point. Our drinks ran dry and again we waited. And waited. Thankfully our friends continued to be delightful and our kids were at home, so we were happy to sit there...even though we were growing increasingly hungry. Long story short(I’m running out of words) our food finally came two hours after we arrived. Yay! They compensated us with free desserts and the food was all decent. But SHEESH!!! We won’t be back"

"Called because we were gonna be late, ended up being 25mins late and they were so happy to take us in! We called in advanced to see if they had any vegan options, and they were so helpful. We got there and our table was already ready, the hostess and server were the nicest people ever. The waiter brought the chef put after i ask if the tomato soup was vegan, and they said they would make me a whole custom plate! Everyone was so nice, and it was very calm. Best service ever."

"Overall, my experience at the restaurant was quite positive. I ordered a burrito, but I felt it had too much rice, making it somewhat mushy. On the plus side, the other ingredients were excellent. The cashier had estimated a wait time of about 15 minutes, and that turned out to be accurate. The food was flavorful, although not spectacular. Aside from the extra rice in my burrito, everything else was up to par. In summary, I had a nice experience with the service, as the wait time was just as the cashier had indicated."

"We were seated fairly quick and ordered a large Texas margarita. The server was ok but could've been a bit friendlier. Chips and salsa was good. We ordered the carne asada and Mauricio's steak, the meat is definitely a lower grade cuts as it's too grizzly and very thin which is also overpriced IMO. We did like the ambiance as it seems to be family friendly place. The food took a bit to come out but we weren't in a rush and gave us some time to chat. However, the server was only around to serve food and left us alone. The manager (guy with long sleeve shirt) did walk by and ask how we were doing and seem super friendly. Overall, the food was subpar BUT big cheers to the bartender the Margarita was amazing, hence the 3 star."

"This is one of the best restaurants that I highly recommend to everyone. The service is exceptional, and the hours from 3 to 7 feature some great specialties. However, the highlight for me is definitely the best margaritas I've ever had. The management is fantastic and always ready to assist, supporting the staff wonderfully. "This is the first place my boyfriend and I ate together two years ago, and it's a pleasure every time we get to revisit. Staff has always been plesent punctual with service. Since our first time here we now have a daughter who gets to go here with us and she's given coring books with a cup of crayons, not just one or two colors. She loves it! Plus funny kids glasses she gets to take home. Kids meals are large portions as well as the adults! If you go here, you HAVE to get the Pickle Pickle. We can never get enough of coming to Pocos!"

"Circa 81 never disappoints! We had a 6:30 reservation and were seated promptly. My ginger martini was delicious. We usually order tapas but went with entrees on this night. I had a salmon entree with risotto and it was perfectly cooked and so tasty. Consistently great food!"

"My friend and I sat at the bar and Ellis was our bar tender. He was fantastic! We got our food before we got our cheese dip we ordered. The mild salsa was on point! I got the steak tacos and my girlfriend got the carne asada. The steak tacos were the best steak tacos I’ve ever had. The tortilla was nothing special but the steak was bomb. My friends cilantro rice was so so delicious and she loved her carne asada. My steak tacos were cooked so perfectly medium rare the way steak should be. We’re out of towners If we ever come back to the area we will be sure to come back here."

"a wonderful lunch for my adult daughter. I had added the Asian salad with black chicken, which was large and filled with a delicious light dressing. my daughter had the Buddha Bowl she said was delicious and big enough that she went home for dinner. our waitress was excellent. while I like sitting outside on the terrace when it is warm enough, I also enjoyed sitting in winter in the comfortable chairs and soothing ambiente. consistently good and will go back."

"Read a lot of positive reviews about the place. Decided to visit it for brunch on an ordinary Sunday. Party of four, waited about 40 minutes to get a table. Waited about 15 minutes at the table without a single person greeting us. Waitress finally gotthere and was nice, but looked frantic and overworked. Food came relatively quick, as a matter of fact, it beat the drink Iordered, their famous **** mary, which if you're into bitter, you'll def like. Repeat, the food beat the drink to thetable. My kids said the breakfast wasn't anything special, borderline bland. My wife got the shrimp and grits and they looklike it was a layer of oil on top. The food was definitely not worth the wait. Not to rag too much on this place, but I havehad much, much better. Don't know why this was listed best breakfast in Raleigh. It's NOT."

"The first time eating at this restaurant, I was definitely way too hangry to process, because the food seemed just average. Though upon my next visit, The realization came through, seeing how vivacious the staff are with each other, was very sweet. The food is pretty darn delicious. Wide variety of options, fair portions and cooked well. Been coming back for more now and has quickly become my new favorite spot. I guess my only critique would be dissolving the practice of asking for a credit card over the phone, I understand why it’s done, just feel like it strips away at efficient ness, especially considering this place has a a lot of regulars."

"Green Chile is an amazing spot to enjoy New Mexico-style cuisine. The chili and sopapillas are absolute must-haves. It's nestled in a small shopping area, so it can be easy to overlook if you’re not paying attention. The staff is fantastic and happy to answer any questions about the menu. The first time I visited, I had the stacked enchiladas topped with pork green chili and a fried egg—it was so good I could eat it every time, but I also want to explore other dishes. Others in my group tried the stuffed sopapilla, which looked delicious. This time, I ordered the southwestern-style frogs and, of course, I had to have a round of sopapillas. If you're in the area, I definitely recommend stopping by and letting your taste buds make the decision!"
