"Looked forward to trying this restaurant. Like to support individual owned businesses. Went to brunch today in a party of 5 with 2 children. We were seated right in front of the door and with 40 degree weather it was a cold blast whenever the door open opened. The menu seemed inviting with about 10 choices in the $10.00 18.00 range. The $10.00 was a bowl of yogurt with granola and a few berries. The food was the worst I’ve had in any supposed nicer restaurant in a long time. Several of the sides on the menu were no longer available. My husband had 2 eggs, 1 piece of cold toast, nasty looking sausage patties and equally bad looking potatoes thrown on a plate. His over easy eggs were fully cooked and he then had to wait more than 10 minutes for the right prep and then they were not cooked much better. The server was very inexperienced, forgot to tell us about menu changes until we ordered them and forgot to bring butter for the toast. Did I mention the cold toast was dry with nothing on it lying on top of the eggs? Don’t predict this restaurant will last long with this quality. It was not busy with lots of open tables so couldn’t even make that excuse for the food, presentation, etc. We won’t be back and neither will the other couple and their children !"
