"Steak was great. I’ve had better service which is expected since Shula’s has the nerve to charge so much for a steak, I’ll gladly pay but your mouth better smell tolerable, don’t drop silverware and menus around me, I’d like to not have to ask for a refill on my iced tea, I prefer to go to Bern’s, pay the price and have stellar service than to have a server who doesn’t know how to say “you’re welcome”. Tragic but true. Many times I thanked the server however he turned around and walked away. Simply no manners. This I blame on management, I’d make sure my clients are all being thanked for coming in. Even when we left I said “thank you for everything sir, I appreciate you”. The server said “thanks” and went back to the computer screen. I work in customer service, I’m persnickety with manners, if you’re charging the price, I demand good manners like I show your staff. I’ll give Shula’s stars for the steak, service"
