"I don’t know what it is about steak houses that have no idea how to cook a steak outside of their routine. I asked for a highly seared, medium rare ribeye. As the server was placing it in front of me, he noticed there was little sear. I never said a thing and he took it back to the kitchen. He returned the same steak...this time with a little sear, but now overcooked. The other two dining with me also ordered ribeyes, but both came undercooked. They were never asked if the steaks were cooked to their liking. The three of us spent about $500.00 including tip. Service was below par. He rarely came to check on us. All three of us decided we would not be making another trip to Shula’s 347. There are way to many other choices to try."
