My companion and I ordered the Prime Rib Special, and while I understand that this cut of meat can be fatty, the slices we received were so thin that they were mostly just fat. I brought this to the attention of our waitress, who seemed to consult with the owner or manager (who I had seen the previous week), but I'm not sure what was discussed. I felt disregarded, especially after I paid $10.50 for a double order of broccoli. Overall, the lack of direct engagement to resolve the issue was disappointing and fell short of good customer service."
