"we had a new waitress, laekyn, she needs more training. she didn't know much about the beer, she messed up our order. my man didn't get both meats on his fajita. I asked for my steak medium. it came with so much pink, I had to send it back. it wasn't cooked enough when I got it back. She didn't check us much. the door for the disabled entrance brought cold air into the room. I went to the bathroom. it must be updated as well as the next room where we sat. the bathroom had an old drier that didn't work. it must be removed. the kissing on one of the benches has been divided and must be replaced. eating was good what we got, taking out the problems I mentioned. we didn't get another drink or dessert because we didn't want to spend more money. we were already disappointed. we celebrated our jubilee and don't go out much. it was disappointing that when we got the opportunity to go out, our dinner experience was so poor. we had a gift card and they gave us a little discount so we didn't have to pay anymore. I had heard so many good things about this restaurant. I was disappointed. it's probably good to take off, but I'm not going to dip again. margaret. rading, ww"

"Kami serves some of the finest sushi I've ever enjoyed. Each roll is packed with flavor and crafted from top-quality ingredients—definitely comparable to the best 5-star restaurants! After sampling sushi from various places in NYC, I can confidently say that this restaurant stands out as the best. Their wasabi shumai is incredibly spicy and absolutely delicious. The previous best wasabi shumai I had was at Chopsticks in DC, which unfortunately closed a few years back, so I'm thrilled to have discovered an even better option! I truly love this place and can't wait to place another order tomorrow."

"Rockwood talks a good game about their burgers being the best but that isn't the case. Sure, you can make them on the premises from a mixture of ground meats, etc. but they don't taste any better than any number of places. And what's the point anyway when a table like ours orders one medium-rare, one medium, and one medium well and they all come out the same (medium well). I guess the cook thinks he or she is a baseball player batting Pretty good, right? Uh, no."

"This place is always hopping. They have a great crowd all the time for its hibachi and sushi. The sushi is fresh but limited menu. They never have the items that would make this place rank higher like Uni. For this busy of a place, their service is great. The wait staff is always on the move and they move fast. The hibachi dinners are healthy portions and very good. I like their filet Mignon or shrimp dinners. They have one of the best selection of sake choices too!"

"Ate here w our kids and had a nice meal. Kids had a buffet designed for them which worked out great and. Ore higher end restaurants should heed this call. $15 each but included lots of choices which kids love as well as deserts and a drink. I had the swordfish which was a bit overdone and a bit tasteless. My wife had the filet which was served over a tomatoe based medley of zucchini and squash which really didn't go with it very well. Read reviews and told side of Russell sprouts was roasted but they arrived steamed and again tasteless. All in the best part of the meal was our excellent waiter. Ate at pacific grille the night before and that meal was a lot tastier."

"Beware the “up-charge.” My wife and I were charged an extra each) to substitute the normal entrÃe carbohydrate with the “special” lobster-risotto, which turned out to be a few forkfuls of crustacean-flavored rice with a bit of lobster dust. I nearly choked when we received our tab and saw the audacious and offensive up-charges. The additional fees brought my wife’s grilled salmon dish to and eye-popping and the total for my entrÃe, comprised of five, single-bite, lollipop lamp chops, to a staggering Are you kidding me? Not even the best high-end restaurants in town would have the gall to charge for an appetizer portion of lamb chops over rice of any flavor Upon paying our tab, I expressed my dismay at the price-gouging to the smug, patronizing, “manager,” only for him to lecture us on how expensive Maine lobster is. (Give me a break Anyway, shame on us for not asking the server up front what the “up-charge” was going to be before ordering. To make matters worse, I awoke the next morning to an email from OpenTable claiming that we were a no-show for our reservation. Perhaps the manager, who is in serious need of remedial customer-service training, was trying to prevent a negative review Remind me again why I should pay Ruth’s Chris prices for Outback quality food? We won’t be back."

"The weather was atrocious, raining and cold. We were welcomed by two young hostesses and seated immediately. Andy, our server, welcomed us with a bowl of freshly made popcorn with a lot of flavor. Cocktails were delicious, and we enjoyed the most amazing plate of onion rings with melted cheese and a delicious broth. The entrées arrived, Short ribs, Shrimp Grits, Lamb Cutlets with wilted radicchio. All beautifully prepared and presented. A very excellent meal. We did not have dessert, as our guest wanted to go to a small ice cream shop, the Charmery?"

"The food was delicious and the portions were large. We got too much to mention but it was all so delicious! Pro tip: the children’s pizza is large so it’s enough for 2 adults. You can feed multiple children with one kids pizza. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back soon!"
