"Ambiance was warm and inviting. Maitre’D was welcoming. Server was overwhelmed, but polite and attentive when present (which unfortunately wasn’t often). Scallop appetizer was over salted and the pork belly which accompanied the scallops was devoid of meat and was largely fat at least 90% fat to meat ratio. My entree, shrimp with grits arrived while I was half way through my appetizer. Timing is important in a restaurant, a point sadly overlooked by this establishment. The shrimp were expertly cooked but the grits were swimming in butter and the same pork belly was also a passenger in this dish there was enough fat in the dish to make even a cardiologist blush. The richness of the over buttered grits and square slabs of gelatinous fat deterred from what could have been a tasty well composed dish. I didn’t order a dessert as they say bad things usually come in threes."

"Had a great time for a first time diner. Our waitress was personable and quirky, would recommend going here, and will be back a second time. The bruschetta wasnt what I was expecting, although good, it was more of a fancy pizza bread. Risotto was a little overcooked, but overall the seafood was amazing."
