This is the most authentic Japanese experience you will find in Simi Valley, and even the greater SoCal area, and I have visited a lot of Japanese restaurants. The staff are extremely attentive and follow Japanese custom and mannerisms to a tee. Your water glass will never get low and you will always be treated as an esteemed guest.
