"This restaurant is conveniently located in the parking lot of Redding Mall, making it the perfect spot for a shopping break. We visited at 3:00 pm and found it to be a great time to go as it wasn't too crowded. We sat in the bar area where there were plenty of televisions showing sports. We ordered shrimp, broccoli, side salad, BBQ chicken, and asparagus, and everything was cooked to perfection. The side salad was particularly impressive, with generous toppings and a variety of veggies. The menu also offered a wide selection of beers on tap. The service was excellent, and we appreciated that they served drinks in glassware rather than plastic. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience that didn't break the bank."

"Arrived. Asked for a particular seating and she granted the request. Kyle presented himself as the server. Requested food be spanned out so not to arrive all at once. Food was delicious. Kyle was courteous, he listened and communicated well. The orderwas as requested. Blessed him beyond 20% tip suggested. He was great. Food was so good that I forgot to take pics of the NYStrip with sweet potato and blue cheese-pecan wedge salad. Raspberry tea was refreshing! All tables were disinfected after eachguest."

"Good portioned food and great service, made our visit to Outback Steakhouse Santa Clarita a treat. Gluten Free menu available and all care taken to minimise any chances of criss contamination. Fantastic knowledge of our server with coeliac dietary requirements. Food tasted great and we will be going back there again. We choose where we eat with our coeliac dietary requirements, and if there is any hesitation on the restaurant's behalf, then we go elsewhere. So, Outback Steakhouse is a very safe option. My son had the Outback Burger and my daughter and I shared the gluten free menu Baby Back Ribs with baked potato (with sour cream, cheese and bacon bits toppings) and a caesar salad, as a side choice. As I am not coeliac, I had the baked onion soup, which is always a favourite on mine. Dietary restrictions: Great choice for Coeliac dietary requirements, for safe gluten free eating. "Went here for some food to kill time. Wanted cheese fries. Sat at the bar. Bartender was super nice. 6 is on a Saturday, so busy but not slammed yet. Ordered a filet with a side of cheese fries. Food came out way over cooked and like it had sat in a window for a long time. Ordered steak Medium it came out way over well done and the cheese was solidly baked on the fries. I was going to eat it anyway. I mentioned it to the bartender. He ordered me a new plate. Steak was much more medium well then medium but still good. Cheese fries were normal this time. The peppercorn sauce they have is delicious. The kitchen seemed busy as the rest of the restaurant was pretty full, so I think my plate either sat awhile or the expo person just sort of didn't look at quality control. They made it right though and all was good."

"Outback is great for our family because it has GF options. They educated their team members on Celiac disease, so they can intelligently make recommendations. My food was cooked perfectly, but one of party members had shrimp and steak. The shrimp unfortunately were over cooked, and we waited until he was half way done w his steak to receive the sauce requested at the time of serving. Our server was super friendly and kind but seemed to be pulled into too many directions. The atmosphere was great. Overall a good experience!"

"Everything was greasy. From our blooming onion, to her chicken. Grease. Everywhere.My mojito looked like a salad got lightly pureed in it from all the blended strawberry and mint leaves. Not a very strong drink at all as well.The rice was good, and my pork medallions with pineapple were wonderful. "Expensive dinner. About $40.00 per person. Food was good, but not amazing. Both, the steak and the chicken, were dry and needed flavor. Our table had food crumbs from the prior customer when we were seated. I asked if they could do a quick over to get the table clean again and the host sent someone with a wet sticky cloth to finish the cleaning. The table was wet and sticky for a while, so I bothered our server for paper towels or napkins to finish the job. She brought a bunch and I dried our table clean. Service afterwords was great! A one-and-done type of restaurant for us."

"came here in mid-January 2022 for a nice dinner to celebrate our sons' birthday. We went in and it was colder than outside! After asking the waiter Hostess 3 times if the heating was on and did not get a certain answer, I went to the bar and asked the bar if she knew whether the heating could be switched on or if it was broken. She said she'd check it out. Finally, over halfway through our dinner, freezing, bundled in our jackets, you can hear the heating on. It was so unpleasant to sit in the cold and enjoy our meal. Why on earth would you not turn on the heating in the middle of winter?! Poor employees had to freeze all day? It was about 730. The next time we go easy when it is as icy as inside, and eat in another nearby restaurant. My son ordered a meal too sharp for him. They were nice and let him order something else."

"I called a few restaurants to make accommodations for my birthday. I have a food allergy. When I called Outback, they were hands above anybody else that I spoke to on the phone. So they got my business! They went above and beyond to make the food great. They greeted and made my family party of 20 so welcomed. They had excellent service, very organized and accommodating. I met the owner Cameron and he came to our table personally and thanked us for our business. Thank you for the great people that work there and the awesome service! Excellent food. "Going to the Outback is as we have all come to know. The waitstaff/server was very good. And there was one quite pleasing new item on the menu. In the area of soups/sides to choose from there was a new item called Tasmanian Chili . It was a very good chili! No beans. Just slow cooked sirloin, tomatoes, onions, chili other seasonings. "Really gross : I ordered a salmon, with broccoli and mashed potatoes. I also ordered a side of macaroni and cheese. Salmon was shredding apart weirdly with slivers of fat and slime all throughout. I eat salmon almost 4 times a week and this one was just super poor quality and weird. The broccoli seemed like it was boiled in water or steamed from frozen. It mushed so easily under my fork… it wasn’t seasoned. It was just, mush. The macaroni and cheese was SO DRY. And tasteless. How do you mess up macaroni and cheese??? It was all so gross. I feel like I just ordered a salmon from Applebees. I expected more from Outback. Honestly Applebees is probably better. I’m so disappointed : the photo I’ve attached is a photo of my meal, after I was done with it. I didn’t eat it. It looks better in photo than it does on the table."

"It was a good place to go eat the stuff was really nice. Our waitress was the manager Taylor and it took a long time for her to get us our food because we had a big party plus it was mother's Day took a little bit longer than normal. But she was kind enough to give us free desserts and also give us a discount for appetizers on our next visit. Taylor went way above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and okay with the long wait. She was also very attentive to our needs. Even when they brought out the wrong steak cooked to my mom she made sure that she got the right one that she wanted. I appreciate Taylor very much and say thank you to her for her kindness and her patience with us."

"I came here because I enjoy Outback, and I had low expectations for this location based on my experiences from before the pandemic. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the turnaround. "this place is a hit or miss with the steaks. we had eaten the other night there and ordered 8 steaks, 3 of the 8 were hard and while the server offered to replace them, we have already finished everything else. that was funny when I went into my car, I went table with another couple from another one and they said they were coming at least once a month, but it's a mist shoot when they get a delicate steak. So I guess I'm going out your own risk. on the other side were the side brilliant, French wobbles soup was good, salat and backkartoffel were also good. just the appetizers. Also note that it is hit by miss on hamburger as well as, juicy or dry."

"The restaurant was busy even though I arrived at around 4:30 p.m. I was seated and greeted by the server quickly. The Entre took about 20 minutes to arrive. The food was tasty, but overseasoned. "I had the pasta with steak and shrimp. The sauce tasted bland and dry but the shrimp and steak were good. I had to ask for extra sauce. My bf had the biggest steak I've seen. I forgot the name of the dish but he said it was delicious. We also had Nashvillewings and it was really good as well. We had steak and cheese dip for appetizer and it was tasty. If it wasn't for my pasta, Iwould have given 5 stars. This place is pricey so my expectation is high too. Our server was awesome. He made the experience awhole lot better. Kudos to him!"
