"this place is a hit or miss with the steaks. we had eaten the other night there and ordered 8 steaks, 3 of the 8 were hard and while the server offered to replace them, we have already finished everything else. that was funny when I went into my car, I went table with another couple from another one and they said they were coming at least once a month, but it's a mist shoot when they get a delicate steak. So I guess I'm going out your own risk. on the other side were the side brilliant, French wobbles soup was good, salat and backkartoffel were also good. just the appetizers. Also note that it is hit by miss on hamburger as well as, juicy or dry."

1. november 2022 my teammates and I went there when we were not all together in eternity. everything was great. our waitress Alex was super nice and she actually made these pictures for us. the place was not full. the food was great. no problem looking for a parking lot!

Very nice staff and so many menu options! Tables were available when we arrived. We delayed service while waiting for our son to join us with no pressure to order quickly. Yasmine took great care of us! Steak perfectly done with a loaded baked potato checked all my boxes!

sat here for the birthday of my cousins and had a wonderful experience. it took a little on the long side to sit down, but we had a party of nine. the food and drinks were great and the server had an excellent setting and made the experience so much more pleasant. thanks. outback for the great experience.

Our server, Tony, was an ingenious guy with a great personality. We ordered a combination of the Alice Springs Chicken and Sirloin Steak, along with baked potato and salad. The service was excellent, modern but not rushed. We really enjoyed our meal and Tony's hospitality. This was one of the best Outback experiences we've had in years. Fabulous casual dining experience. We had a big group(17) on a mid week evening. Everything from infants to older. Our server Alex, she was fantastic. I didn't want for anything. Every time my glass was empty, it was filled. Everyone found something on the menu to enjoy. Alex even helped us take pictures outside after the meal when we were getting ready to leave. I recommend it.

I ordered a char grilled bone-in ribeye...attached is a photo of my bone-in ....have they lost their minds..its a damn sliver of a bone. I asked for it to be medium and some parts were medium and other parts medium well. It was so thin and I saw no bone I thought I must have gotten the wrong plate. The baked potato wasn 't fully cooked. Service was adequate but it was only 5:15 so not like they were busy.

During this time of lacking enough staff, Outback Steakhouse in Hamburg, still pleases me often. It's tough to have perfection, but for me, they come pretty close. I normally have their bread, steak, salad, rice, and sometimes shrimp. I never leave dissatisfied from our dinner out. We find it a value, and a great sampling of good cooking, food good service. I would prefer battered deep fried shrimp, so that for me, is a suggested improvement over coconut shrimp. We are very happy to have this Outback in Lexington. View menu

The food at this restaurant was absolutely amazing. I even ordered takeout and had a 30-minute drive home, but everything was perfectly prepared and still hot. Although my food wasn't ready exactly on time when I picked it up at 9:35 pm, the cook/supervisor personally brought it out to me, apologizing and offering a discount/gift card. Even though my order took an extra five minutes, I wasn't upset at all. The food was still hot and smelled delicious. The customer service was exceptional, and I want to commend Outback for their excellent service. This was one of the best meals I've had in a while. I give this location an A+ rating.
