"First and foremost, our server was phenomenal. She was helpful with the menu and had a wonderful personality. She has often checked with us to make sure we didn't need anything or that we were satisfied with what we had. That means the restaurant itself was extremely cold because they had all the doors open and it was only in the middle of the 50s. Also both times we ordered a round of drinks from the server, they did not show up and we had to inquire about them. This was not the fault of our server as the drinks were delivered from the bar and not from it. Both times we were told by the bartender that he did not see that our drink card came through, but went back and checked that it was there. My meal was fantastic (street tacos) as our poutine appetizer, but the other three people I got with burgers and the bungalows were so gigantic that they were only the lower half of the bungalow (and these people LOVE Carbs). Don't order Martinis here it was terrible. Beer list was good."

"In the past we have been very satisfied with our meal at this restaurant. This time, however, our entrees were very flat tasting. We kept adding table salt, but it did not help. Disappointed. We will give it another try in the future as we have always like it before Easter Dinners and Mother's Day. May have just been an off day with the chef."

"Absolutely love having Goddess Grocer in my neighborhood. I am a huge fan of their sandwiches wraps, coffee, and to go meals. My dog personally loves their generously sized pup cups. As a realtor who specializes in River North, I am constantly there on weekends to pick up their individually wrapped baked goods they are perfect for open house treats! The team is so friendly at this location, and is hands down one of my favorite neighborhood spots."

"From the time we hit the front door and waited to be seated I could tell that this was a different establishment than the norm. The staff was extremely attentive and my request for a booth was met with a smile. We were seated and our extremely professional waiter introduced himself and the rest is history. WE HAD AN ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL TIME AT DINNER AT BUGATTI'S IN OREGON CITY. AND WE OWE 90% OF THAT TO OUR VERY PROFESSIONAL WAITER. It doesn't matter what our questions were, it doesn't really matter what we had to eat. What's most important is the polish and the attention to timing to where we were served fakasha bread with flavored olive oil which was a great starter followed by a wonderful Caesar salad and then a few minutes after our wonderful entrees. I'm not a big fan of the animated or gregarious weight staff. I enjoy quiet professionalism or the server blends into the overall operation and is seen and not heard for the most part. Our waiter was fantastic. He had all the answers and was impeccably trained and didn't do the hard sell to increase appetizer sales but instead made sure we had a great time on a Saturday evening on a really stormy rainy night. I also want to comment that the establishment was extremely clean and impeccably set for dinner. Just the simple fact that the spacing between tables was more roomy than most restaurants. And our booth was extremely comfortable and we look forward to returning to this particular restaurant again in the near future. There are so many ways to have a bad experience when dining out. On top of that the cost of dining out has almost doubled because of increased labor costs and such. I told my wife on the way home I could not think of one thing wrong with our dining experience at Bugattis. I compliment the management for their excellent training of staff because it really shows. I would highly recommend this establishment to anybody that enjoys Italian cuisine and extremely professional service in an impeccably set up dining room. Bon appetit"

"EDIT the business did provide a full refund without us asking for it for the entire order including what we received and went out of their way to offer many sincere apologies.1. When we went to puck up order, they could not find the order for about one hour, despite us showing them emails, invoice and order numbers, receipts. Finally found order which was now going to arrive late.2. Finally get food- Food order was wrong. All of the sandwiches and actual lunch portion was missing and we only had dessert. Because of #3, we ultimately had to order pizza for our hungry guests.3. NOT REACHABLE. Multiple people tried to call, tried to reach other goddess and the grocer locations too incase they could transfer us, and just any number we could find so that we could get out lunch. My family that spent months planning this day, instead of enjoying it, were stressed and desperately trying to reach anyone through any route we could find. With not any success after about 45 minutes of trying."

"Saturday night visit with out of town friends for a quick meal with there 6 year old son. We have had lunch at the restaurant several times in the past and really enjoyed our visit. Dinner experience was a different feel though. Caution: check the check the server added a service charge that was for a party of six or more and we were five. The service charge was $36.00. We ask what this was all about the server said he made a mistake.... ahhh really? That is an additional tip..."

"Stopped in for breakfast after abandoning another option due to wait time. Seated immediately. Service was great. ****** Mary was tasty and $8.50 before 11am. Food was ok. I got the bacon and sausage scramble with hash browns and a biscuit. For all the meat in the mix, it somehow ended up being kind of bland, nothing special. My buddy ordered Cali Benedict. His eggs were poached hard and the hollandaise was one of the worst I've ever tasted. Basically tasted like butter; no eggy flavor, no lemony tang. Lady at the table next to us sent her benedict back because of over poached eggs. Bunch of TV's w sports playing, big windows and outdoor seating for a lake view. I've been in for lunch before and it was decent but I probably won't visit for breakfast again."

"My wife and I ate here as we were staying at the Hotel Valencia across the street and could constantly smell the burgers from our balcony. We made a reservation on Open Table, which was a good idea as it was busy. We got a nice table outside and didn't have to wait long for drinks. The drinks were made very well. We really liked how there were so many options for creating your own burger or sandwich. My wife had a very good burger, and I had a really good fried chicken sandwich. The onion strings were also very good and not greasy. If in the area again and hungry for a good burger, we'd definitely be back."

"Although we 've been here many times, this was our first time visit on a special occasion for their Mother 's Day brunch and all I can say is it was a fairly large disappointment for everyone in our party... The lack of attention to the food service being refilled was only overshadowed by the lack of quality of the food being refilled that I would equate to just below a mediocre 'included breakfast ' at a 3.5 star hotel with an added bonus of the extra long and slow waiting line you get with a very inexpensive wedding reception caterer... The only person that had a good time was our server that enjoyed a $50 tip for her visit to our table once with water (never to be refilled), once to deliver the ordered drinks and once again with our bill... I 'm sure that we 'll be returning on occasion, as we have in the past, but we won 't be enjoying any special occasions at Stanley 's anytime soon!"

"Not sure why so many people like this place. The first time I went I got the Butter Chicken Pot Pie. I liked it, but it was much less food than I was expecting for the price. Second time I got the Fried Chicken and Chorizo Gravy waffles… it just tasted bad, texture was also pretty terrible. I normally love Indian food, and the idea behind this place is great, but the food quality is just not good. Beyond personal taste, my partner noticed that the eggs on the Butter Chicken Benny were not properly poached."

"I enjoyed a delightful late afternoon visit during the off season. The beer selection on tap was impressive. We ordered several appetizers to share, and every dish was delicious. We had the Nachos Supreme with chili on the side, Ale House Wings with Thai Chili, cheesesteak spring rolls, and a Margaret "ita" pizza. The draft beers we tried were Kane Head High and Asbury Blonde. I would definitely return!"

"Exceptional food in an authentic, non-demanding environment. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful, which added to the great experience. For bread lovers, there are 3 different breads, all of which are made there and are all wonderful. I stop on the way out of town to pick up bread and take it home to friends. My salad was fabulous and the vodka chicken pasta (a specialty) was cooked perfectly with a wonderful sauce. The specials change with the seasons. Desserts are all made there and everyone looked great. We share the ice cream on Sunday with homemade caramelized marshmallows and chocolate ganache. It was wonderful. You can share it with 4 people as it is very large. We will definitely have dinner here again when we return to Mayo and Golf."

"My first experience with this establishment they had given away my reserved table. Apparently a guest said his name was the same as mines but they did not confirm last name and gave him my table. I appreciate the honesty but this is not professional. The manager was apologetic and treated me and my date to two glasses of wine while we waited an additional 30-40 mins to be seated. Just recently I decided to give them another try and once again my reservations weren’t honored. I requested upstairs seating and was told upon arrival that our table wasn’t ready yet. We were asked to wait in the bar area. I instantly thought here we go again and I was right. About 5 mins later we were then seated downstairs away from the entertainment upstairs. The waitress didn’t even ask if downstairs seating was ok. This will be my last time eating here. The food is good but they can’t even honor reservations properly. This is very unsettling with me."

"This was our first dining experience here and we were very excited to try this place. Unfortunately it was not the experience we hoped. We started off with the scallops for an appetizer $30) the appetizer is 4 bites looks like 2 scallops cut into 4). The scallops were cooked fine, but the black bean and avocado cilantro sauce overpowers the flavor of the scallops. For dinner we ordered the filet medium $60) and the Branzino $44) for our main, and the eggplant $8) and cauliflower $14) for a side. The filet is as the most disappointing. It was half overcooked and then served sliced 3 slices and not a whole filet). Since it was cut you have to rely on the sauce for flavor since all the juices would have ran out. The branzino did have good flavor, unfortunately the amount of bones will keep you pulling bones out of your mouth the entire meal. So if your on a date and would like to avoid that visual don’t order it. The cauliflower was ok but I would not recommend that as a dinner item like it’s listed. Thankfully my wife decided to order it as a side instead of her full dinner. Finally the eggplant dish was so chopped up that I couldn’t even tell it was eggplant. I expected some heat to it since it listed habanero in it, but there was zero heat. Overall, very disappointed in the food from a cost/value perspective. I will say the music selection was good, the service was great, and the ambiance was ok. It was a little noisy earlier with people watching the Browns game in the loft area above the restaurant."
