"From the time we hit the front door and waited to be seated I could tell that this was a different establishment than the norm. The staff was extremely attentive and my request for a booth was met with a smile. We were seated and our extremely professional waiter introduced himself and the rest is history. WE HAD AN ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL TIME AT DINNER AT BUGATTI'S IN OREGON CITY. AND WE OWE 90% OF THAT TO OUR VERY PROFESSIONAL WAITER. It doesn't matter what our questions were, it doesn't really matter what we had to eat. What's most important is the polish and the attention to timing to where we were served fakasha bread with flavored olive oil which was a great starter followed by a wonderful Caesar salad and then a few minutes after our wonderful entrees. I'm not a big fan of the animated or gregarious weight staff. I enjoy quiet professionalism or the server blends into the overall operation and is seen and not heard for the most part. Our waiter was fantastic. He had all the answers and was impeccably trained and didn't do the hard sell to increase appetizer sales but instead made sure we had a great time on a Saturday evening on a really stormy rainy night. I also want to comment that the establishment was extremely clean and impeccably set for dinner. Just the simple fact that the spacing between tables was more roomy than most restaurants. And our booth was extremely comfortable and we look forward to returning to this particular restaurant again in the near future. There are so many ways to have a bad experience when dining out. On top of that the cost of dining out has almost doubled because of increased labor costs and such. I told my wife on the way home I could not think of one thing wrong with our dining experience at Bugattis. I compliment the management for their excellent training of staff because it really shows. I would highly recommend this establishment to anybody that enjoys Italian cuisine and extremely professional service in an impeccably set up dining room. Bon appetit"

Solid classic spaghetti meatballs you can always count on though a bit pricey $20. You can do half order (1 meat ball) or full order (2 meat ball). The meatballs were tender and moist and got the same temperature as the spaghetti would it much easier said than done. I have been disappointed many times before at 4-5 stars Italian restaurant, yet their meatballs were colder than spaghetti and that just so annoying. I came in this location many time during working lunch over this past year. Throughout these visits, they only had one server in each section so if you have less than 45 minutes or so during 12-1pm, I would say proceed with caution.
