Your personality and attention to the customer is some of the best I have seen in this industry and with a short cooking environment. She moved her? You know what? to use the customer and handle the pace well. The cook in the back also moved quickly and her communication was solid. The food came fast, hot and was all I expected. I always read negative comments with a salt grain because there is usually a reason why someone wants a restaurant, his food or their staff bash.
