"We've been ordering from this restaurant for years, and this is the first time I've had a negative experience. Usually, they are on top of their game, but our order tonight (Tuesday) was a complete disaster. We were feeling lazy and decided to go for delivery, which took over an hour to arrive. When it finally did, the food was cold—barely even warm. Additionally, they got part of our order wrong, but at that point, I felt it wasn't worth raising a fuss. I called the restaurant to express my frustration about the long delay, and the lady I spoke with was understanding and offered a compensation for our next order. I really hope this isn't a sign of things to come."

Tom Jerry's Gyros is our family's favorite spot. The staff is always friendly, the food is delicious, and the service is quick. You can't go wrong with anything on their menu. We're absolutely obsessed with their cheese fries, mozzarella sticks, gyros, bacon burgers, steak sandwich, and chicken Caesar salad. So tasty! The next time you're feeling hungry, make sure to stop by Tom Jerry's Gyros—you won’t regret it. P.S. They even have a TV playing Tom and Jerry cartoons, which we love!

Response to the owners response: the owner thanked me for the review and stated that there are signs posted about the debit credit charge. I looked at the door when walking in, looked at the cash register, look at the wall didn't see any signs. Also the employee could have mentioned there is a charge for credit debit card. Bring Cash! Good food but the four star rating is for the credit debit card charge, which they do not have any signs posted about. Bad enough Chicago and Crook county rip you off on the taxes.
