"where should I start? place, 4/5. it's in the shopping center, so there's not much to complain here. it is at a good place, and there is access from outside the shopping center. cleanliness, 2/5. the tables were not very clean, nor were they sitting. the utensils were also dirty, with dirt stains on 2 of the 4 forks. eating is usually good at red robins, and this place was not much of a take. I had better red robins eating, but this was just under the basic. service, 0/5. we came and got a table, although we wanted one. the half of the stands was unused, but they probably had no personal. the server lasted 10 minutes to even ask about drinks. Once we got them, we asked for a few minutes, not the 15 minutes that brought him back. then we waited 20 minutes to get food. from there we waited great time, sometimes 15 minutes, so that he returned so that we could get refilled on fries or drinks. the absent mindfulness of the server was an absolute no-go for us. we even went forward to wait for the 10 minutes, on when we wait, so we can order our food. when they broke out eating, they lacked some of the food and sauces we had ordered. in addition, the acknowledgement show that we ordered garlauch fries that we did not order.
