"Our NYE experience was lovely. Right when you walk it, you're met with the smells of richly cooked seafood, delightful carbs and fresh prepared ingredients. We sat at the bar which I would highly recommend for first dates or couples. We made a reservation and it seemed like that was the norm. The staff was great, gave tons of recommendations (including wine and cocktail pairings) and we got to be part of the fun of the busy night! Our meal was the New Year's set menu but everyone sitting around us got dishes from the normal menu and loved them as well! Definitely felt comfortable being more dressed up but nicer casual wouldn't be too out of place. Highly recommend, we will be going back!"

"I stopped in for a lunch break with a friend and enjoyed some appetizers along with a glass of wine. We tried three appetizers: stuffed mushrooms, bruschetta, and chicken wings. The stuffed mushrooms were my favorite; they were absolutely delicious! The bruschetta was served on mini baguettes, making it tasty as well. The chicken wings were straightforward, but the blue cheese dipping sauce was delightful. Overall, the portion sizes were generous and offered great value for the money."

"This is undoubtedly the best crazy salad you'll ever try! I've traveled extensively and sampled salads across four continents, but none can compare to this one. If you want extra avocado, it's just a dollar or two extra—totally worth it! The pizza slices are delicious, and the tacos are fantastic as well. Knock on wood, but this is genuinely the only place I trust near Dover; I don’t even check my bag before leaving because they always get my order right. There are never any missing utensils or sauces; everything is always perfect. This is truly my favorite place anywhere! I've never had any issues after eating here, and the staff is always courteous. Please don’t ever leave Dover—better yet, take me with you! This is hands down the best salad you'll ever have! Everyone is super friendly, and they hardly ever make mistakes. I don't even check my bag before I leave, which is quite a statement in Delaware! The salads are amazing, the tacos are fantastic, and the pizza is great too! Don’t miss out on this gem. I've never been sick after a meal here; highly recommended!"

"First time here at Twin Peaks. Our server Kelsey was great! Showed us the menu and kindly relocated us to a better table to enjoy some playoff basketball. Amazing atmosphere, good food drinks!"

"Went to the Keg for dinner with my husband last night. This is our favourite place so we were super excited. We reserved a table in the dining room but when the hostess sat us she took us to a table at the bar which...is too noisy for us. We asked to be moved to the dining room, she did accommodate us but mentioned in future we need to say no bar even though we did specifically reserve the dining room, not the bar. When we were seated we were told by the hostess we only have minutes for dinner and somehow tied this to covid? We were fine with it because we usually finish within about that time. The first thing the waitress said when she came over was a reminder its a minute dining experience and took our drink order. Within minutes of being seated she wanted to take our order but my husband hadn't fully decided on his meal and asked for more minutes. We were again reminded we had minutes so basically he was to hurry up and decide. Our appetizer and meal were at the table very quickly. The server did not come back and ask if everything was OK. It basically was good except I was supposed to get mushrooms but didn't get any which I love with a steak! Since she didn't come back I couldn't mention it and once we were done I didn't see the point in bringing it up . The moment we finished (I mean the moment, as in still chewing the last bite) the plates were removed and since we were celebrating a special occasion a dessert was dropped off within about minutes of finishing dinner. We weren't asked if we'd like tea or coffee or another dessert or anything else. I wanted creme Brule, not Billy Miner pie but since it was just dropped and she rushed away, again no chance to say anything. We literally took one bite of dessert and the bill was dropped off. This all happened within minutes. The bill was at our table for only a couple minutes and she was back with the debit machine. The server was nice and efficient. I dont think it's her fault. I understand time limits but our entire dining experience was under one hour and we definitely felt very rushed and almost like us being there was an inconvenience. For it was not acceptable."

"We were able to join the waitlist through the app while we were driving over. Seated within 5 minutes of arriving during dinner rush on a Friday. Our server Amy was incredible and served our drinks and app so fast. Service overall was so quick from start to finish but not rushed. Family atmosphere with great lighting and not too loud. Fantastic dinner!"

"The food was delicious. I started with a bowl of crab and asparagus soup that was so delicious. Beautiful pieces of crabs and asparagus was easy and not overwhelming the crab. It was absolutely delicious. For the main course for lunch. I dined on the fruit Compott Lachs over salad with a mango vinaigrette and grilled Pita points. The salmon was perfectly cooked and the fruit compote composed the grilled salmon very well. The mango vinaigrette was made beautiful and there was another light layer of sweetness. It was a nice sweet hearty balance that was totally delicious. I paired my lunch with an unsweetened iced tea with lemon."

"I went to Chili's today because my son specifically requested a molten chocolate cake. His birthday is in the next couple of days so we were having a special day today for it. We saw our server to take our order and then she disappeared. Someone else brought my son out his lunch and my appetizer soup that was cold. I spent 35 minutes waiting for the server, Nikki, to show up w my food and bring the chocolate cake my 4 year old already told her he wanted. As I was about to get up, she came out of the kitchen w my food. I must've looked about as happy as I felt, so she mumbled something under her breath and turned tail back into the kitchen. WITH MY FOOD. I loudly said to her back that I wanted to speak to her manager. This is why this review is 5 stars instead of 1. Eddie asked me what happened and was very apologetic. He talked w my son about his name which is unique (but not stupid) and how it's the name of one of Eddie's favorite wrestlers. He then came back w a birthday card and asked my son to spell his name so he would get it right on the card. He came back from the kitchen a few minutes later w a birthday card, an adult sized lava cake, and all the servers (besides mine) who sang happy birthday to my little buddy. Inside the card were gift cards and vouchers for free kids meals. Eddie definitely turned it around and my little man had a good time. In a world where most managers are God awful people, Eddie shines a bright light. Thank you to the staff at Chili's wolf rd for brightening my sons day. You know, except for Nikki. Maybe you should talk less in front of your customers about giving out your email address to male customers and actually do your job."

"These were the worst wings I’ve ever had. They basically heated up Tyson chicken strips but the chicken was weird and stringy. The ranch was watery and slid right off the celery when I dipped it. Avoid the nachos at all costs. Instead of cheese these culinary geniuses decided to cover the chips in dog food quality steak and the longest strings of lettuce I’ve ever seen. Seriously, these things were like a foot long. They sent me a cup of jalapenos that were thicker than a double stuffed oreo and slipped some random carrots in there. It’s honestly comical how bad this place was."

"We stayed at another location but we ate dinner at The Dorset Inn three times. The Inn itself is gorgeous, the staff is wonderful, and the food is outstanding. We also got a tour of the rooms because we loved the Inn so much and we figured we would want to be overnight guests in the future. The rooms are beautiful and charming. We are so looking forward to our next trip to Vermont and staying at The Dorset Inn. Rooms: 5"

"Within 8 minutes of sitting down, we already had our drinks and delicious dinner salads. The salads were refreshing, featuring crisp lettuce paired with fresh onions, tomatoes, cheese, and crunchy chow mein noodles. They were dressed with just the right amount of blue cheese dressing, which was absolutely delightful. I'm not sure if it’s a house recipe, but the creamy sauce was dotted with perfectly distributed pieces of blue cheese. While we enjoyed our salads, our appetizer of onion straws arrived, accompanied by a house BBQ sauce. The crunchy onion straws, paired with the sweet, brownish BBQ sauce, created a delightful flavor experience. When our main courses arrived, I couldn’t contain my excitement. I ordered the "choice two" dish, featuring a sirloin steak cooked rare to medium. I was not disappointed—it was cooked perfectly. The juicy, savory flavors sparkled with every bite, and really, no steak sauce was necessary, as the beautifully seasoned meat spoke for itself. The BBQ ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, their thick seasoning melting in my mouth, enhanced by a drinkable sauce slathered on top. My baked sweet potato was cooked to perfection, with the ideal amount of cinnamon butter to mix in. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his Porterhouse, declaring it the best meal we’ve shared together! He even complimented the chef, praising it as an award-winning dish. Our server, Alexis K., was absolutely wonderful. She had a keen sense of our needs and checked in with us at just the right times, while also engaging us in friendly conversation throughout our meal. Hats off to her and the phenomenal kitchen team! I highly recommend the Hickory House! The prices are typical for a steakhouse, and every bite we had was worth it. You really can’t go wrong here. Thank you, Hickory House! We will definitely be back in the future!"

"If you want callously indifferent service this is the place. I waited patiently outside and no one showed up, not even with water. This was after waiting at the host stand and no one showed up. I ended up ordering at the Bar and then waited longer including for a drink. When my food came it was cold. I had to eat due to a late after dinner meeting. The wait staff could not care less. Likely they were high school kids just getting a job cuz mom and dad said they had to. Never saw such indifference. And I have been here a bunch of times before. The food cane be good. So set your expectations low and maybe you will be surprised."

"Amazing menu with a large selection of bourbon. We visited for dinner on a Friday night. We had reservations but the restaurant did not appear overly busy despite it being prime dinner hours. For drinks I had the Caramel Apple Martini (yum! and my husband had a Bourbon flight. For starters we tried the Bruschetta. The Bruschetta had good flavors the house made bourbon balsamic reduction glaze really was amazing, but I thought the bread was too hard to bite through. For dinner my husband had the 10oz Sirloin with Roasted Red Potatoes and I had the Prime Rib on a toasted baguette with Onion Rings. All the food was delicious. The bread used for the prime rib was perfect for the sandwich and for dipping. And the kale pesto with the roasted red potatoes was an unexpected surprise. Service was friendly though a little slow."

"I reserved a table hours in advance. When i got there they said they were going to clean a table for us and it would be a short wait. There was another group of waiting to be seated as well. They got a table first with no reservation. We ended up waiting for another hour to get a table. It was my birthday, im upset. If i didnt have gift cards I wouldve left and gone somewhere else. Terrible service, we waited minutes for our waitress to come over to our table and take our order for our drinks. Our food took an hour and was cold when it came out. She also messed up the check and gave herself an extra tip"

"We have been loyal long time customers of Laura 's in a small town which has too many pizzerias with not many other types of eateries. But we were most disappointed this evening, to find out that they are now tacking a $2 service charge on to our order for pizza and us driving there and picking it up ourselves. Why not just add the $2 to the cost of the pizza? I mean what is the service we are getting other than making the pizza? No explanation given. We will now consider the numerous other nearby pizzerias the next time we decide to order pizza. Their pizza is good, but nickel and diming is not what we had known Laura 's for. Other places nearby are arguably as good without a service charge."

"Service was erratic. Took minutes to be acknowledged by a server. First ordered drinks, those took another minutes. Sever wanted to take our entree order before drinks even arrived. Mushroom appetizer was delicious. Ordered two wedge salads and they brought one wedge and one hiuse salad. Another ten minute wait for the replacement salad to arrive. Originally ordered with extra dressing on the side. Another minutes for the dressing to arrive. NY strips were fatty and undercooked. I do much better at home with Costco steaks. Sweet potato fries were outstanding. Asked for ketchup whn I ordered. Had to wait anither minutes for the ketchup to arrive. They did give us a complimentary strawberry shortcake desert as we were celebrating our anniversary though that was another minute wait after we settled our check. We almost left before it arrived. Obviously being a special occasion dinner, my wife and I were hoping for better though the experience fell way short of expectation. years ago I would have recommended Connorâs for special occasions or customer dinners. My last few experiences have all been sub par from what I would expect from a higher-end steakhouse. Practically no attention was paid to detail and just a lot of waiting on corrective action."

"I placed an online order for delivery through DoorDash. Unfortunately, the utensils I requested for my soup and salad were missing from the bag. The salsa and soups were all spilled and leaking from their containers. The delivery driver left the food at the door and quickly departed. I called the restaurant and Tyler offered to remake the items if I could pick them up, but we are on vacation and have already returned our rental car."

"I had been turned off by a few people because I LOVE prime rib. I had just heard great things about the restaurant. Unfortunately the whole experience was disappointing for us. We had reserved at the open table and requested a stand. When we got there the hostess did not confirm our reservation when we told her we booked them online and still got us to a table. She was our waitress and was pretty good. The drinks were well made but small for the price. We ordered the prime rib. I got the girls cut and my husband got the kings cut which is about a $ 20 price difference. When they came out, they were exactly the smaller portion I ordered in length and thickness. We ordered medium rarity (which is what it came up with), but it had no flavor and was extremely tough. If there's one thing I love almost as much as prime rib, it's ranch dressing. It was chunky and tasted terrible. (and no, it wasn't blue cheese) To get our USD 100 bill at the end of our meal, we were both utterly disappointed with the entire meal. The quality did not reflect the cost."
