"I decided to quarantine here with family and found Oregon Coffee and Tea by accident driving past. When I made my phone order Casey not only took the time to “make the sale” but truly connect with me as a human being, not as a customer. And my out of state number suggested to Casey that she would ship the tea to me. It was clear to me that they treat every customer with genuine interest and care. We are embarking on a brave new world in the midst of a pandemic and it’s people and businesses like Oregon Coffee and Tea that will see us through these difficult times.
