Excellent selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff who are well-versed in Caribbean coffees. Highly recommend!

I've been purchasing my coffee beans from here for a couple of years, and they are excellent! I particularly enjoy the medium roast from Mexico Chiapas.

Love all the different types of teas. Also the fresh roast coffee is so good. We just got a shipment of teas and coffee from Oregon coffee and tea can't wait to try the new flavors we order.

This is an incredible shop with outstanding customer service and fantastic prices! It was here that I really fell in love with tea, thanks to the opportunity to experiment to my heart's delight. They offer a great selection that caters to all types of tea drinkers—whether you prefer Western or Eastern styles, flavored teas, herbal options, and more. Even after trying out specialty vendors, I’ve found their puerh selection to be excellently curated. Visiting this shop regularly is always a pleasure, as they frequently introduce new teas to their collection.

I decided to quarantine here with family and found Oregon Coffee and Tea by accident driving past. When I made my phone order Casey not only took the time to “make the sale” but truly connect with me as a human being, not as a customer. And my out of state number suggested to Casey that she would ship the tea to me. It was clear to me that they treat every customer with genuine interest and care.
