"Café Blu offers exceptional food. The escargot, duck, salmon, soups, and salads are all exquisite. While I didn’t meet him, I’ve heard that the amazing chef in the back, whom our server aptly described as having "mad skills," is the reason for this culinary experience. Café Blu feels more like a five-star bistro than a typical café. The interior is rustic and warm, embodying the essence of a true bistro, while the food is outstanding. The service was equally impressive—friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated, as evidenced by our server's comment, "I work here because I believe in the chef." However, there were a few minor drawbacks. The absence of a wine list was disappointing, and the music selection didn’t quite fit the atmosphere or the cuisine. I believe that the vibe should lean more towards candlelight and Bill Evans rather than '70s pop and rock and roll.
