"The restaurant needs to hire staff who are willing to do their job. We arrived at 8:30 p.m. and they had already closed off the seating area (an hour and a half before closing time) while we waited for someone to take our order. When the server finally approached us, she did not seem pleased. When we got home, we realized that instead of receiving two upper legs and one breast, our three-piece dinner only had two legs and one upper leg. I don't frequent this restaurant often and most likely will not be returning anytime soon."

"My order was supposed to be ready at 7:27 . I got to the drive thru window at 7:26 and let them know I had a mobile order and they told me to park in the curbside parking. 7:48 I ended up going inside the store to see if my order was ready and they never started working on it. I am highly displeased and that is completely unacceptable. I waited over an hour from the time I placed my order to the time I actually got my food . I finally received my food At 8:10. I requested online for someone to contact me and for me to get a refund and I have heard NOTHING ! I am livid !"

"I highly recommend avoiding this place! It's simply not worth your time. Save yourself the hassle and just drive to Hampton or even Suffolk—you'll be home much quicker. I initially thought my 30-minute wait was just a fluke, but it turned out it wasn’t. I was almost out of gas by the time I left. I felt silly for staying as long as I did. I even ended up watching a show on Netflix while waiting in my car. That’s how frustrating it was... just shaking my head."

"Went Lake Wylie Bojangles for breakfast for the family and not only was the manager rude in the drive thru they also screwed my entire order up and then everyone of the biscuits bought literally fell apart to the point it wasn't even edible. And I confirmed my order 3 times still got it wrong and gave me bo rounds when I specifically told them I wanted Seasoned fries 3 times. We had stopped going for dinner because the last 2 times the chicken was either raw or mushy. Now we won't be going for breakfast either"

"I went through the drive thru and the worker asked to take my order, I told her hold on a moment, then once I decided I made my order. She didn?t respond. I waited a few more moments then blew my horn- to this the worker responded disrespectfully saying?you know what you need to just wait because I?m the only one in here? I decided I didn?t want to eat here anymore and when Idrove around the building to look in the store no one else was in line, and then drive thru worker was standing having aconversation with one of the cooks. Crazy that she decided to snap at me simply because she didn?t want to pause herconversation and take the order. Won?t be going there anymore."

"I ordered two supreme meals, and unfortunately, my chicken strips were cold and dry, and the macaroni didn't taste good at all. I'm really surprised, as I haven't been here in years, and I was excited to finally come back for some great food, only to be let down. I distinctly remember the macaroni being much better than what I had this time. It's disappointing. I opted for three stars instead of one because I recall enjoying the food in the past, so maybe it was just an off day. I typically avoid leaving negative reviews, but I'm truly disappointed, especially considering the price I paid for a meal that didn't meet my expectations."

"I had an excellent experience at this restaurant! Wendy and Ray were incredibly friendly. When I requested fresh chicken, they happily obliged and even provided fresh side dishes to accompany it. Their hospitality made me feel very welcome, and I can honestly say it was the best service I've received at a Bojangles. The food was great as well—hot, well-seasoned, and, most importantly, fresh. I’m deducting one star, though, because the location itself is a bit outdated and could use some renovations on the interior."

"never had a bad experience in years. today the whole staff takes care of my experience. how long I've been waiting for 30 customers before me, even though I was before them. I was never asked the name for my pickup, they just thought they knew what. After asking why I'm set to the back of the line, no matter how many customers come, I said they always come first and I have to wait for all of them to be served until they start my and his corporate policy. because I don't want to eat there and get it togo. it's not fast, I can't just pick it up, I'm less important than going into it. I don't know how long I'm waiting for a TOGO pickup, I'm gonna stop coming there. I am very busy and can't afford to wait 40 minutes for a pickup for my family, and borders and dates that I have to do on time. Why isn't my time worth it?"

"Went to Bogangles on to get a Cajun fillet biscuit with borounds and sweet potato pie. I ordered and ask the lady to make sure I was charged to a large boround she looked over and confirmed. I waited then this person with an orange Hijab rudely told meshe didn't and I could accept the small or pay the difference. The lady at the register admitted she messed up. I told her nothat is ridiculous and she should fix the mistake not me. So I told her just refund my order and I would just leave. So shefixed that. I waited for my sweet potato pies and she said we didn't charge me for them and threw a 8.00 receipt at me. Iwalked out looked at my credit card receipt and saw it for 11.08 took at back and she finally gave me my order. They lady thattook my order and the lady giving out drinks I apologize for my frustration but the Lady in the Orange Hijab has no bussiness incustomer service. All she does is blame the customer and never want to fix the mistake."

We ended up waiting alongside three other cars, and when the staff member finally came out with everyone else's orders, ours was completely wrong. She even gave our food to a woman next to us and asked what our order was, yet she still couldn't get it right. To make matters worse, the food wasn't fresh either. As for parking, the area is quite small."

"If I could give no stars I would-drove in only to find a main entrance locked and upon walking around the building to find other door propped open with plastic cutlery- made eye contact with a male worker on his phone who quickly scurried to the back w/o acknowledgement and then was ignored by a female worker. One person sat in the dining area but didn 't appear to be eating rather hanging out with the male worker while he worked . Disrespectful staff and frankly a fire hazard."

"I really like Bojangles as a whole. Their chicken is the biggest draw, but breakfast is good too. The food is delicious and the portion sizes are just right. If you're cutting back on sodium intake, do stay away from the seasoned fries, as they have a lot. If you're picking up a big box for a gathering, the service is reasonably fast and a great price as well! "The biscuits here are incredible—truly the only thing I really like since they’ve removed their Southern-style and mild chicken options. My family isn’t keen on spicy chicken, and the tenders are pretty tasteless. On a positive note, most of the staff were friendly, though the first employee we interacted with didn’t smile or say anything to us. She seemed genuinely unhappy, which made for a less-than-great first impression."

"I cannot for the life of me find the store number to complete my survey, but no worries I will make sure corporate knows how blessed they are to have Misty as an employee. I ordered a big family meal and my double fries were left out by mistake. I was already upset because they ran out of legs and mac. She apologized many times and promised if I came tomorrow she'd have me some legs. (so thoughtful) once I got home my kids came fussing because there weren't any fries. She offered to refund me for what I was missing. But instead, she called the Bojangles 5 minutes from my house and made sure they were hot and ready. Zane, the manager at the Aynor location, personally cooked them right on the spot. Misty saved my night. Yes, it's just fries, but seriously yall....it's Bojangles fries. Thank you again Misty for all your kindness, smiles, help along the way. You make driving the extra 20 minutes worth it for me from here on out! Best Bojangles employee I've seen in a long long time! Do more than pat her on the back. Give her a huge hug from me and make sure she's well taken care of! She loves her job it truly shows!"

That 's the word in the community. I 'm disappointed that Google makes me give at least 1 star! I get to the drive thruspeaker and was told I 'm sorry but the drive thru is closed. I asked about the inside and was told no as well. In that case, Ishould 've been told that the location was closed or there should 've been a sign posted. "I waited at the counter for almost five minutes before anyone came to take my order. We ordered two scrambled eggs and a sausage patty, but we barely received one egg in our box. We also requested two ham biscuits with double ham and were charged an extra $2 for each, yet each biscuit only had one slice of ham. The biscuits themselves were disappointing as well. I should have checked everything before leaving. This experience certainly did not match the quality I've enjoyed here in the past. If this keeps happening, they'll end up being as bad as Hardee's just down the road."

"If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would. I stopped by on my way to work, and the drive-thru attendant was rude over the speaker. When I got to the window, she continued to be unfriendly. I double-checked my order before leaving, and unsurprisingly, they had forgotten an item. They had already closed the window, so I said, "Excuse me." A young lady, who had been in the background complaining about how tired she was, opened the window while still grumbling. I informed her that they forgot my orange juice. She went to retrieve it and handed it out to me without even acknowledging my presence. I had to reach out awkwardly to grab it. I told them they needed to improve their customer service, and they started yelling back at me. I will definitely not be returning and will be contacting management. Absolutely unacceptable."

"After taking my order, she turned away without informing me that it was time for payment. When I asked if she was upset about me needing a moment, she responded with a dismissive "really?" indicating she was indeed being rude. It then took her an unnecessarily long time to take the order of the gentleman who came in after me, as she seemed distracted by our earlier interaction. Throughout this, she whispered to her coworkers but failed to acknowledge her rude behavior. Overall, this is not a place where you can sit down and enjoy your lunch. I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but her rudeness simply because I needed a moment to look at the menu was unacceptable. This is called customer service, and it was sorely lacking today."
