"I stayed at the table while this was happening, and when a waitress came by, I informed her that we had already ordered and gave her my name. She brought out the Wing Ding meal, but there was no silverware for the coleslaw. The fries were burnt to a crisp, and we received only half an order, which seemed like the leftovers from the bottom of the bag since no one else's fries looked like that.
I had to ask about the chicken strips, and they arrived a full 10 minutes later, with the waitress looking annoyed at having to fetch them. We never did receive any silverware. I've been to this restaurant frequently, but after this experience, I might consider going elsewhere next time. The food was disappointing, and the staff seemed very rude and unwilling to do their jobs. I left no tip because I felt it wasn’t deserved. Overall, I am VERY DISAPPOINTED."
