"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Despite Yelp suggesting I give them a break, I found the Insalata Cesare lacking Sicilian anchovies, which was the whole reason I chose this place. The Linguini al pesto with wild shrimp was disappointing as well - only 8 small shrimp that were smaller than bay shrimp. They were also out of the wine I ordered and their suggested backup wine. Overall, I felt ripped off and will not be returning. I recommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs."

Happy to celebrate my Birthday with friends at this local restaurant. We enjoyed the choices of food and the service. Will spice your dish as you like it. A return trip is in the picture was what my friends said as we left the restaurant.

Due to COVID, we ordered to go from this Trattoria La Sciliana and we have to say that we cannot be more pleased. I am a big fan of Pasta Fagiuli or they list in the menu as Zuppa di Fagiuli here. It is made just like how my mom would make it. The Linguine Tutto Mare is very delicious. All the great seafood in one plate. Their Risotto is probably the best Berkeley has to offer. View menu

One of my favorite restaurants! 8 years ago, during the worl cup, my family and I were walking looking for a place to eat and we found them. It was full but they asked us to wait be the kitchen. They were talkative and offered us a wine taste with some aged cheese. I will never forget it! They were rooting for Italy. The food was and still is amazing! Don't forget to bring cash.

I went with my friend and we were dressed in pajamas and the waitress looked at us strangely. The waitress at the counter was very rude and looked at us with mean eyes but the rest of the staff was very polite. They asked if we needed help and if we were being helped. The men working on the old cars outside were very kind to us and helped us find the restaurant. The food smells really yummy but I am very saddened by the rude waitress at the door because she made us feel unwelcome.
