"I hate to give Thai Roses 3 stars, because they have the potential to be 5 stars. When it 's good, it 's great.. when it 's bad, I 'm so extremely disappointed.I tend to get the yellow curry with tofu every time, since I don 't eat meat and because every other dish is saturated with some kind of overwhelming fish sauce taste. The yellow curry is the best I 've ever had, when they do it right, but I eat here a few times a month and it 's very much not consistent. Sometimes my veggies taste soapy (therefore non-edible) , sometimes there is too little sauce or severely lacking in flavor, most of the time there are WAY TOO MANY onions (saying this as an onion-lover). The egg rolls are 3 thin spring rolls that are honestly quite dry and bland. My partner, who eats meat, has a similar problem with consistency and quality. After another disappointing night, we 're giving Thai Roses a break for a while, but I very much hope this place can do better, because I want to support them and I truly believe they can be one of the best Thai restaurants in the area.I 'd love if they could be more consistent and if they offered more vegetarian/vegan options."
