The quality of food is amazing , sweet spicy hot tasty food . The rice is too die for , chicken will soak your taste buds n too finish with fried banana is the BOMB !

Absolutely phenomenal. A definite must-try. The curries and jerk sauce are bursting with incredible flavors. Everything else on the menu is also excellent. Portions are huge.

I had the oxtails with peas and rice, and veggies. The portions were huge! Everything was fresh and delicious. The oxtails were moist and falling off the bone. They were meaty and substantial in size, unlike other places where they give you the smallestpieces. The service is lacking, but it makes me feel like home. ???? This is my favorite spot for authentic Jamaican food.

They were hearty and substantial, unlike other places that serve tiny portions. While the service could use some improvement, it still felt like home. This has become my favorite spot for authentic Jamaican cuisine.

So good! The portions were insane. So much food for one order. ????????, which i loved. The food was delicious and the leftovers heated up were good too! They were so nice and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed! And I really likedtheir outdoor table area to sit outside and enjoy the food. Island Spice Jamaican offers EXCELLENT food that truly brings a taste of home from the East Coast of NY, even though it’s miles away. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the menu is both reasonably priced and packed with delicious options. If you haven't visited yet, you definitely should. My personal favorites are the oxtail and stew chicken. I’m not one for spicy dishes, but if you enjoy heat, their jerk chicken is fantastic too.

The portion size is generous and the prices are good. I like that they offer a combo plate and side orders. I got the curry chicken plate. The chicken was tender and fall off the bone but I was hoping for more flavor. Curry is supposed to be in your face but theirs was very mild and bland. Next time I am gonna try the jerk chicken and brown stew with extra gravy on the side. The oxtails here were good but I had better. My husband cleaned his plate though.

Island Spice Jamaican exceeded my expectations! The portions were huge—plenty of food in each order. The menu offered delicious dishes, and even the leftovers tasted great when reheated. The staff was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. I especially enjoyed sitting at their outdoor table, perfect for savoring the meal outside.
