"I ordered two large pizzas from Aroma, and it took an hour and 15 minutes for them to be delivered to my home. After waiting for an hour, I called to inquire about my order, and the person I spoke with was extremely rude, telling me that I couldn’t cancel my order. When the pizza finally arrived, it was ice cold. In today's economy, customer service should be a top priority, which is clearly not the case with Aroma. I strongly advise against ordering pizza from this place, especially given the many other options available."

"I've been here a couple of times but this time it was a little disappointing. The braesola starter which I love really saved up on the mushrooms. And they were plain old mushrooms, not the fabulous wild mushrooms they had in the past. I was amazed. The pasta specifically was salty and dry. The fried calamari and prawns were very salty too. The quality of the food that goes into the meals is really top notch. In their defense, we went there right after the holiday weekend and maybe it was a little different. It won't stop us from coming back in the hope that it was an anomaly rather than the norm."

"I enjoyed reasonably priced sandwiches and smoothies, among other options. The pastrami sandwich with cheese and tomato was excellent, with a great balance between filling and bread (you can choose between a roll or a sub). When I visited, there was no line. I would definitely return for a chopped cheese if I'm ever in NYC again."

"We stopped in because we were starving and happened to be in the mood for some crab and boy am I glad that we did. So, you walk in and it 's selfie heaven with various spots to get your social media hits up. But we weren 't there for the sweet foto op 's, we were hangry . So we started with some hush puppies. Say what?? Crunchy outside, creamy inside sweet corn yumminess with a fantastic honey butter dipping sauce that melts in your mouth. I could have eaten that all night but, of course, we had to get crab. They ran out of king crab but we had some Dungenous Crab and Snow crab. I 've never had something served on a plate within a bag so when you pop that bag open- that delicious smell makes your mouth water and the fun begins. We took this down in about 15 minutes. You can choose your flavors and your heat and I loved it. But wait....there 's more. There 's a DJ and a dance floor. You heard me.. you want some dinner, some drinks (they have a full bar) and done dancing. Here 's your spot. We haven 't had this much fun in a while and we will be back. This was a true find in the most precarious spot. It 's in a strip mall. That 's right.. a strip mall. The best places are always those secret spots. Dang, I 'm craving it just thinking about it. Gotta go, Yelpers. Gonna get more crab!! Highly recommend for a great night of fun, drinks, dancing and getting a little messy with done crab. No judgement here. Lol Dig in!!"

"Food was very slow to arrive at table. When it did arrive, my main course was not hot. Needed to sent it back. Paella lacked flavor. We were told it served two people. It does not. It is a normal full-size serving for one. It was mostly shells and little fish and the rice was overcooked to the point that it stuck to the bottom of the pan. Pasta bolognese was acidic and actually tasted bad. The servers and hosts were all very personable so I feel badly for them. The kitchen has problems."

"Everything was okay place is small and cramped. Latte just tasted like a regular coffee I could buy at a corner deli but cost way more. The guy that made the latte was nice. I ordered The Works bagel but it wasn’t a bagel but a sandwich ? No bathroom and when I asked several times, the people that worked there just said “outside” but I walked outside after waiting for my food and there was nothing. There was also no room to sit so I walked home instead to eat. I don’t know, I did not feel that the experience, and the latte and food I ordered was all worth $21 "

"4$ for Diet Coke. Had to return to the store a hour later because the soda I got from the fridge seemed to be COMPLETELY FLAT. They honored to exchange it but the next one was also Flat/Dull tasting like water.I think they can do better. Much better since their location is so busy.Honestly dont go there only for small food or a small coffee. They need Management to QC more often and rotate their supplies.This was a small pit stop for a Company end of summer BBQ. 2022 and we need to pickup our pants and tie our shoes this late in the game I will gladly take my and my offices business elsewhere. "One of the best meals I've had in a long time. Was gobsmacked by how juicy and meaty the Chilean sea bass was, perfectly cooked and probably the best piece of white fish I've ever had. The potato paves in the poutine and fish and chips were also so inventive and delicious as an alternative to fries. Mussels were huge, plump and tender. Oyster stew special was creamy without being overly rich, and super generous with the amount of oysters. Frost gully cheese special was a welcome bright and refreshing dish among rich and succulent appetizers. Our server was lovely and felt omnipotent in a helpful way, picking up on relevant things we were discussing about the menu and responding to help us come to decisions. Overall felt like fine dining quality dishes but in a laid-back environment and I so appreciated that. So sad I'm not local because I'd come here all the time to try their frequently changing special menus!"

"Came here for dinner as my family in the local area suggested we come. We tried to come a few other previous times, but the wait was long without a reservation. Luckily, we were able to get in on a Saturday night without reservations. I was a little hesitant as many times these hibachi places are more about the show than the quality of food. However, the food here was pretty good. Came in and was quickly able to get seated in the general restaurant area since we weren't doing the hibachi experience. Ordered several sushi rolls as that's easy to share and allows everyone to try a little bit of everything. Also ordered the sushi boat as wanted to really taste the sushi and it came with many different cuts of sushi nigiri and sashimi. Sometimes it's hard to tell the quality of sushi in rolls as there's so many other ingredients and toppings. The sushi bar was right behind us, so was able to see the quality of the fish in the case and how it was being prepared. All the sushi came out quickly and looked good. They didn't have the actual boat, so just brought it out on a platter. The rolls were good and what you would expect. I can't remember the names as we were just calling them out. The individual items that were easier to taste were the soft-shelled crab and the eel. I preferred the soft-shelled crab over the eel, but both were good. As far as the sushi, they were both good in quality and freshness. They had the right amount of fats and oils in higher quality sushi. I was impressed as didn't expect this quality from a hibachi restaurant. Service was fast and attentive. Overall, good food and service that exceeded my expectations."

"My son placed the order, and it was my first time trying the food. It was delicious, but they forgot the special sauce for my sweet potato fries and didn't provide any condiments for my son's burger. I called the restaurant, and they promised a $10 refund to my credit card. However, more than 10 days have passed, and I still haven't received it. I called again to explain the situation, but no one has returned my call. "I love this place. It's cozy, has a kooky layout, is homely and the food is original and fun. It's kind of like a high end bistro but not. The service is really good, the drinks are really good, the food is really good, it's just good. I also think this was the first time I liked fried pickles. Usually they're too oily but no here. I had the lamb shank and it was tender, savory and soooo good when it hit the lips. Right now you can't eat outside but once spring comes, this is where you'll find me."
