"Although the delay in receiving our food was not the server's fault, I asked to speak with a manager to voice our concerns. Unfortunately, the manager refused to come over, despite the restaurant being nearly empty. To add insult to injury, we were informed that we still had to pay for the food that hadn't arrived yet, simply because we were tired of waiting. After settling the bill, the rest of our food was finally brought out, but by that time, we were already at the front door. The staff noticed our departure, and I expressed my disappointment at the waste of perfectly good food. When I asked for the manager's name, I received 3-4 different names from various employees, which felt quite unprofessional. For anyone reading this review, I recommend checking who the actual manager was that day, Sunday, October 23, 2020, between 4 PM and 5 PM. I was given the names Jennifer and Danika, but I'm not sure if those are correct."

"I do not usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to do so after the terrible experience I had at edo on June 21st. When we received our food, we noticed that several items were missing, such as avocados, eggs, and utensils. Furthermore, the orders themselves were completely wrong - my brother, who ordered a vegetarian meal, found meat in his dish which made him ill, my friend did not receive the dumplings they ordered, and my own dish was barely filled for the high price we paid. None of us will be ordering from this restaurant again, as they clearly do not pay attention to orders and do not provide sufficient portions for the prices they charge."

"The food was absolutely wonderful! And it arrived at the table not too long after we ordered it which was nice. The only qualm I had was that the service was... different to say the least. We weren’t greeted when we sat down, we weren’t greeted after a couple of minutes of looking at the menu to see if we had any questions or wanted to get drinks started, it wasn’t until we were finished looking at the menu completely and set them down that we were approached maybe a minute after putting the menus down and asked what we wanted to order. I’m not sure if that’s an authentic Indian service practice or not, but it was a bit strange for me. I will definitely order carry out from them again though, as the prices are reasonable for the portion sizes, and the food really is I’d say the best Indian food I’ve had in Arizona"

"During my most recent order, they only put one slice of cheese on my sandwich, which felt pretty stingy! I thought two or three slices were standard for a deli. Today, I decided to give them another chance and ordered a turkey and cheddar wrap with lettuce, tomato, and mayo. I even specified in the comments that I wanted two to three slices of cheese to be safe. When I opened my wrap, I noticed they included more cheese this time, but there were several issues: 1. The sandwich was poorly presented. 2. There was way too much mayo, making it soggy. 3. There was no turkey in it at all! 4. I requested kettle-cooked chips, but received regular ones instead. I spent $19 and even added a $1 tip for a pickup order. It shouldn’t be this hard to get a simple order right, and they really didn’t seem to manage it well. If there was an issue with the chips, they should have called to discuss a substitution. In any case, I won’t be returning. It feels like a waste of money and time."

"I met my two friends on a Thursday for dinner and it was packed! I asked the hostess if a certain waitress was there because I actually went there to see her and was told she wasn’t. Come to find out, she actually was. But it’s ok because we had another server that was amazing and took care of us in the bar area. I believe her name was Bre. She kept the drinks coming and the food was delicious. My husband and I went back on Saturday and sat on the patio and had another great server. The food was delicious once again and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. Managers were walking around talking to people and I love the fact dogs are welcome on the patio! Y’all go see Chassidy though. She’s one of the best servers I’ve ever had wait on me!"

"We decided to have lunch at this restaurant in Little Tokyo after reading the reviews, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. We ordered the Salmon Bento Combination, Chicken Teriyaki Bento Combination, Udon Noodle Soup, Funky Roll, and World Series Roll (10 pieces). Everything we tried was delicious! The portions were generous, and both the grilled salmon and teriyaki chicken were tender and flavorful. The rolls were large, fresh, and packed with taste. Overall, it was excellent value for money. "Cheers to my first dinner in Olde Town Arvada! It was a big decision since I just moved here. My partner and I had a few options but eventually chose Bluegrass. We parked a few blocks away to take a little stroll through Arvada before heading to the restaurant. When we arrived, there was music playing, and we were lucky to find a bench available on the back patio. I was too tired for bourbon, but I definitely plan to come back for that. I opted for a cocktail and ordered the Italian Sub Pinwheels. I wasn't in the mood for pizza, but these are quite similar. I'm a fan of calzones, and these are like mini versions, filled with pepperoni, salami, garlic, olive oil, and pesto, accompanied by house marinara on the side. They were really tasty, although some parts were a bit too burnt. Nonetheless, it was a hearty meal. The service was quick and efficient, and I really enjoyed the live music. I can't wait to make this place a regular haunt."

"I reached out to Couch Tomato to cater a 60 person event that I hosted at the Radnor Hunt Races. They were excellent from start to finish! From the menu selection and planning of our tent, to staffing, set up and clean up, their service was top notch. Craig, the owner, made sure everything was perfect and his staff was a delight. The food was perfect! We had guests from 5 to 75 years old and with different dietary requests. I highly recommend the pulled BBQ sandwiches, and many guest commented that the mac and cheese was the best they've ever had! I highly recommend for any type of family gathering! "DO NOT ORDER THE DEEP DISH PIZZA!!! This restaurant offers above-average pizza for South Florida, but tonight we decided to try the deep dish. I can say with 99.9% certainty that they prepare the "deep dish pizza" in exactly the same way as a regular extra cheese pizza, except that once it comes out of the oven, they slather it with 3-4 large ladles of pizza sauce on top of the perfectly fine pizza, followed by a light sprinkle of parmesan cheese. By the time the pizza arrived, the sauce had seeped through the cheese and soaked the already thin and flimsy crust to the point where serving it required a pie spatula—essentially turning it into pizza soup. If you’re still tempted to order it, I suggest you grab a bowl and spoon to enjoy it!"

"Oh my goodness, this is the best Ramen I've ever had! The bone broth is absolutely perfect and I even asked for more broth. It was a great Valentine's dinner experience, despite the fact that they were short-staffed. The California rolls were decent as well. We had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated, but once we got there, we were quickly attended to. Make sure to sign in right away when you arrive and have your ID and vaccination card ready. I've been to this restaurant about 10 times before and I always order the ramen - it never disappoints. I would definitely rate this restaurant a 10 out of 10."
