"Dominick’s was fabulous! Hubby and I went for an early dinner to celebrate his birthday and our anniversary. Wheelchair friendly main entrance, but to get up to second floor in wheelchair is out the main entrance in another part of the building to get to elevator (stairs inside the main part on first floor). It’s nice upstairs. The roof was opened around 5:30ish. Staff is absolutely wonderful. Our waitress was excellent. She was attentive without hovering and very informative. The bread they serve was delicious. The appetizers were fantastic. The crispy shrimp has a bit of a kick to it. The wagyu beef melted in your mouth. The salmon was a large piece. All the side dishes were yummy. The desserts were heavenly. We have a lot of leftovers, except for the salmon."

"We were so excited to try Steak 48 as it has such great reviews but to us, it honestly didn't live up to the hype. It was very good but there are plenty of very good steak restaurants in Charlotte. Be careful of choosing the backbar seating for dinner as they will very seriously seat you at the bar and not a table in the bar area. Sitting at the bar for a $300+, 2 hour dinner is a little awkward (think holding the menu in your lap while you eat your appetizer). Overall, we will very likely go back for a special occasion or two as it was very good and the service was impeccable."

"Once again Mortons demonstrates it's inability to prepare a steak at medium temperature. It took two return trips to the cook and the end result was a filet mignon that was ruined. To their credit the other entree's were closer to what was desired and only one entree was cooked perfectly as ordered. Not the time this has happened nor the last I am afraid to say. You would have thought the ruined steak would have been removed from the bill but instead, a free desert was offered. The only thing that saved this special occasion birthday dinner on Mother's Day was the great table service and the company"

"Highly recommend! We've been going here for more than 15 years. They've gone through a variety of changes, updates expansions since our first experience. We have NEVER had a bad meal. Sometimes their personnel have not been as attentive as we would prefer, but they seem to know how to nip that in the bud because it's always been an isolated experience. This afternoon we went for happy hour, which is M-F 12-6! Sat at the bar. Natalie was the bartender she was fantastic. Full bar she managed it alone. We had the mussels in white sauce with a side of bread. $9!!! We love mussels have had them at many restaurants in various states. I can say with absolutely certainty, these were the BEST ever! They were clean, fresh, plump seasoned perfectly. They weren't overly salty. Fresh bay leaves, basil, parsley thyme. We ate all the mussels took home the broth to serve with pasta, it was that good! If you're in the Swedesboro area, make a point to go! BTW, another fav is Sausage Alla Botto"

"My wife and I are in town on a business trip and decided to book a reservation at Morton’s. The staff and service level here is incredible. Our waiter, Peter, absolutely qualifies as a fine dining service professional as did the Maitre d. The food was very good The location left a lot to be desired. When we booked through OpenTable we didn’t realize this location is inside a casino. It is accordingly loud and reeks of cigarette smoke. I have to imagine it’s to cover the cigarette odor, the interior of Morton’s is heavily perfumed. The staff was very gracious and tried to move our table to reduce the smell but it isn’t really something in their control I would love to dine with the wonderful staff here again but we don’t have any desire to enter the building again."

"Let start with the good The food was very good Now the bad This is a high end restaurant and when you spend $300 on dinner you expect exceptional service We had to ask for bread, ask for water to be refilled At times our server was no where to be found and the restaurant was almost empty. We were never asked if we wanted more bread either. Kitchen did a good job food did come out in a timely manner . But as stated restaurant was almost empty as well . I go to a lot of steakhouse and if service was better would have made this more of a regular. But service does not justify the price"

"4 out of 5 of us ordered prime rib. All of our dishes came VERY well done not medium as requested and tasted like pot roast. Our 10 year old had the Christmas special which included a slice of prime rib, the color was red (just about raw), we requested that it go back on the grill. It came back to us a little brown on the front side and still red when I turned it over. We requested that the child 's meal be taken off the bill, which was done. Our waitress, ASHLEY, was very nice and really tried, however, she must have been new and forgot many small details, like giving us a menu, rolls and butter, got the beverages wrong, forgot butter and sour cream for baked potatoes, etc. We had a 7:00 reservation for this Christmas Day dinner, we were really hungry and looking forward to a wonderful meal. Nobody finished their meals and nobody took home the leftovers! SORRY but this was a really BAD experience, and expensive too! P.S. I 've NEVER written a BAD restaurant review!"

"This is our first meal at the new location. The prices jump significantly and frankly, I didn’t think the food was as good as the old location. I had the chicken piccata. At the old location, the pasta was delicious, and the sauce enveloped every piece of pasta. Yesterday, the pasta seem more like egg noodles, and it was all stuck together in a clump at the bottom of the bowl. The sauce was two lemony, and the chicken was tough. Not at all happy with the quality. The Caesar salad resembled nothing like a Caesar. I know they can’t use a traditional Caesar dressing with egg and anchovy, but this wasn’t even close. More like a sweet dressing. The server was excellent and he bent over backwards to make us happy. Not his fault."

"great eating, but very expensive for what it is. probably a good place to eat once or twice a year. also a thing that is surprised how kalorific is eating. 1200 calorie for 8oz steak with a tiny lobster and 2 spargel? 1400 calorie little cheesecake? everything must be cooked with tons of butter. they should completely reassess their menu. most of the things can be cooked easily with half of the calorie. so, most of them aren't worth the calorie. I mean, don't get me wrong things are tasty, but they're absolutely not the calorie in our opinion."

"We took a friend here to celebrate his birthday. He didn't want to go, thinking he'd feel out of place. But he found them to be helpful, welcoming, and giving a type of service that makes people feel comfortable. They explained all the details of the types of steaks, as he hesitated between the types, gave suggestions when he might like one grade over another, they were just fantastic. Now, the person who didn't want to go there can't stop telling everyone how fantastic it was! They were there at every step to help him feel comfortable and to make fairly quick choices, considering everything was new to him and he's not one to typically make quick decisions."

"The food was amazing. I got the Wagyu filet mignon and my husband ordered the Porterhouse. We added the black truffle butter which was delicious! For appetizers we ordered the Ahi Poke, was good but not what we were expecting. We also ordered the Jumbo shrimp cocktail which is always very tasty! Our server Ed was really what made our dining experience great. He went above and beyond for us and was very attentive despite having many other tables to attend to, as well as a guest that had issues with some reward program. He also surprised us with the famous Morton’s Hot Chocolate cake which was the perfect end to our meal. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful dining experience Ed! "My husband and I were celebrating our 11th anniversary and decided to try out Morton's in Fort Lauderdale (we had previously been to the North Miami location a few times). We began with two dirty martinis and ordered the sea bass with miso sauce, which was excellent. The filet with blue cheese butter and scallops was cooked to perfection. The creamed spinach was also delicious. The service was outstanding and the management was attentive. Overall, our experience was nothing short of 5 stars and we will definitely be returning. "We were early. We had no problem waiting. When we sat down we were only given a wine menu and no food menus. Then, we asked after minutes of being seated and no one addressed us and they said our server would be with us to give us menus. Mind you this is our first time here so how would we know. Our bread was not cooked (dough like inside), the wrong soup came out, they did not clear the table before bringing the main entree and did not know where to put things like we needed to figure it out, and then the worst was when we were leaving....not one person addressed us and said thank you for coming/dining with us or anything. It was the strangest thing. The food was good....the overall service was not."

"We had the three course chateaubriand special. It was excellent, easily the best steak Morton's has ever served us. But service was a disaster. Our server disappeared for long stretches at a time, and the kitchen seemed very understaffed. The room was never more than 40% full. We arrived at 6:30, hardly prime time and it still took us two hours forty minutes to get thru a three course meal."
