"I ordered the unlimited soup and salad combo at this restaurant. It was enough for me and also came with chips and salsa for around $12.00. My kids, who are both under 10, were able to find something to eat that was not just the usual chicken nuggets and macaroni and cheese. Our server was helpful and efficient, despite it being a busy night. Overall, it was a good experience and moderately priced, particularly if you stick to entrées and skip any additional add-ons."

"I went to this restaurant for dinner on a Tuesday evening and the downside was the lack of convenient parking. It was difficult to find a spot close to the entrance, and when we finally did, we had trouble getting out of the car because there was a truck parked next to us with both doors wide open."

"What a waste of money. The food was thrown together and did not look very appetizing. The crispy chicken was a total disappointment when I asked for mexican rice and received french fries, asked for corn and received blackbeans. I have order from your establishment before and was not satisfied but I thought I would give it a try again. How disappointed could I be. Never happen again. I will not order from your restaurant or recommend it to anyone. Wake Up your kitchen staff needs to be replaced or retrained."

"Okay, it all started when we get seated without menus and when our server comes we were getting up to go grab the barcode off the table next to us so we could scan it and get the menu. He said no I will get you one.. Then he comes back with 1 plastic menu. My wife asked if we could get another one and he throws an attitude.(why didn't he just let us scan the QR code? That was the menu my wife asked for to begin. So when we go to chilli's I always get a chilli. This time it didn't taste very good so I asked if I could exchange it for the enchilada soup, the waiter said no because I have eaten this one, um I only sturred the chips and cheese that was on top and took a small bite. He said you can talk to my manager if you want, I said yes please. (he never got the manager the waiter never filled up our drinks didn't bring ranch or napkins like we asked with our order, and when we asked again he brought 1 ranch and sat it in the middle of the table and said there. (4 of us the kids got beer battered chicken instead of crispy chicken strips. I got the sliders and my meat was pink. And this is the short version"

"First off let me say it's not perfect. Only complaints; the room and hallways were a bit tired and the 2nd pool was off limits to guests (perhaps a little false advertising however the pro's made up for it. The location was awesome, close enough to the strip to take a quick uber and super close to the airport. No street noise at all (and trust me, I'm sensitive), ok they had 2 night weddings at the fancy pool that were loud, but they were over by 10 pm and the guests sounded like they were having a blast (hey it's Vegas). The breakfast was fab, best I've had in any Hilton property, but it was the staff that stole the show. They seemed just genuinely nice, helpful and happy. One morning the desk manager even offered us some donuts the staff had delivered. Will definitely stay there again and hat's off to the entire staff for being so good at their jobs."

"A group of us visited Charley's for lunch and drinks yesterday, and it was our first time there. We really enjoyed it! The atmosphere is fun, and we loved the outdoor space. They offer live entertainment, corn hole games, and comfortable seating areas. The service was excellent as well; our server managed everything by herself and did an outstanding job. We ordered the boat of onion rings, a Cobb salad, a French dip, a burger, and a steak sandwich. For drinks, we had sangria and a whiskey sour, both of which were very good. We will definitely return for more food and to enjoy the live entertainment!"

"I've been here a couple of times but this time it was a little disappointing. The braesola starter which I love really saved up on the mushrooms. And they were plain old mushrooms, not the fabulous wild mushrooms they had in the past. I was amazed. The pasta specifically was salty and dry. The fried calamari and prawns were very salty too. The quality of the food that goes into the meals is really top notch. In their defense, we went there right after the holiday weekend and maybe it was a little different. It won't stop us from coming back in the hope that it was an anomaly rather than the norm."

"My group and I had a fantastic time at this restaurant! Terry welcomed us warmly at the entrance and seated us with a friendly smile. Justin took our orders and made us delicious September sunrise cocktails. I noticed that the manager Oscar was very active on the floor the entire time we were there. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning for the food, great atmosphere, and delicious drinks!"
