This Chili's offers a fairly typical experience, nothing out of the ordinary. It's often too crowded for its own sake. Since the COVID pandemic, this location has had challenges with staffing, but despite that, it's a clean and pleasant place to visit if you find yourself in the area!

The cheese fries were overcooked and extremely hard. The fajitas were not prepared as requested. The wings were supposed to come without sauce, but they were drenched in sauce and it ended up on all the items in my triple dipper. The boneless wings were overcooked, hard, and dry. Disappointed time after time. Always something missing. This time the nachos were not even highlighted on the attached receipt and of course, missing from the order. Chips and salsa ordered. No salsa received. The Santa Fe Chicken salad was sparse to say the least. Last order, no ranch dressing. Attention to detail is obviously missing with these guys. I kept trying again with them, lesson learned. Stay away.

Me and my family went to Chili’s to celebrate my birthday, what happen next was absolutely disgusting, We had seven people Tylenol and they refused to save us, they said they hadn’t had no tables at all, and no service, and we would have to wait until somebody left when they just sat down, that could have been at least 90 minutes plus, because of this incident I will never eat at Chili’s ever again. The service was absolutely horrible. The manager did not seem to care one bit!! The service is horrible, they don’t care about their customers,
