"The space heaters were perfect to keep us warm as the temp outside dropped. Still felt like we were outside even with plastic wall panels. Nice view of the boats and water until dark. High top tables have a small surface area and with gigantic menus passed out, we easily knocked over a drink right away. Hightop tables are tight for Good food and great service. Would go again"

"Dinner was absolutely fabulous! We were celebrating birthdays, and had a party of 19 people and were graciously greeted by the hostess, who who seated us as soon as all of our guest arrived. They had beautiful long table, waiting for us. Our server Christian was absolutely amazing! Cheerfully catering to our every need! Oh, my goodness and the food! The food is absolutely to die for! You must try the grilled smoked octopus! Yuuuuuuummmm! Everything was just absolutely spectacular! We will absolutely be doing our next year celebration here! Thank you, El Camino!"

"I went with friends for lunch. Two of them got the Chop Salad and I got the Reuben and fries. Everyone was very happy with their meals. I don 't get a Reuben often, but this will be my go to place when I have a craving for one. The service and staff are friendly, patient, and helpful. The restaurant and the bathrooms are very clean and well maintained. Give this place a try, you won 't regret it."

"We've been coming to this Chili's for a number of years but haven't been there in the last couple years. Stopped in there on Sunday. Wasn't crowded and we were seated fairly fast. The hostess was very nice! She also got us our leftover boxes. Our server was also the bartender and she was nice and surprisingly attentive seeing as how she was making drinks and taking care of tables. The food seemed good (got the ribs chicken crispers combo my wife got the shrimp tacos). However, the place looked a little rundown and when I used the men's bathroom before we left I was amazed at how dirty it was. Also, there was a server in there using his phone standing right in front of the urinals where I wanted to go. So I went into toilet and locked it. The toilet was very dirty! If I had seen that before, we would have left before we ate. The server used the urinal but I didn't hear him wash his hands. Service was good, food tasted ok but the bathroom dirtiness was unsettling and made me question whether the rest of the restaurant was clean. Hoped the rest of staff washed their hands and hope they get someone to clean their bathroom!"

"Was the first time my wife and a I had been to this restaurant. I had a cat fish sandwich special that was very good. My wife had Arugula salad and added shrimp and she enjoyed her meal also. We saw the waitress maybe twice at the beginning, once during the meal, and once for the check. Restaurant is OK the food will bring us back."

"I have to say that this was probably one of the worst experiences I've had in terms of service. Our waiter took our drink orders, but only three out of four drinks were delivered, and it took quite a while for him to take our food orders. When I ordered my meal, I also requested another drink and asked for no sour cream. However, when our food finally arrived, I received only sour cream and no pico de gallo, which I had asked for instead. We had to flag him down to request just a little bit of pico and to check on the drink we ordered. He assured us he would take care of it, but he did not follow through. He seemed disengaged, never once asked if we needed refills, and I ended up waiting for my drink until after everyone at the table had finished their meals. While he didn't charge us for the drink, he also never brought out the pico. To top it off, the quesadilla was soggy, and I could have easily made a better one at home! Honestly, I don't think I'll ever return—this was a huge waste of money and an incredibly frustrating experience."

"My family and I have dined at this restaurant multiple times since moving to Mt. Dora, but there always seems to be an issue with our order. Today, they forgot to include the tortillas for the fajitas, the chicken looked unappetizing, and the chips were stale. It's unclear if the problem lies with the manager or the cook, but the service definitely needs improvement. After three negative experiences, we have decided to stop dining here. Despite limited options in Mt. Dora, we cannot continue to waste our money on subpar meals."

"We had an outstanding meal at Laundry with our two teen age kids. The restaurant has a great vibe, a very good bartender, attentive staff. Our plates were spaced so that we could enjoy each one and have it cleared before the next came out. Small plates are generously portioned and the layers of flavor and texture will make you want to try everything on the menu. Several visits would be necessary. I highly recommend to anyone who finds themselves in the Steamboat Springs area."

"Great night! But sevice and timing was off! We were told by the hostess that someone's order was cancelled but to talk to the sever. Finally got the sever he said I need to change my order. But then he talked to my friend and she had to change some of her order too. Once we figured out there was only 1 thing that they were out of I asked if I could substitute that 1 thing. I was told I don't think so but I will check. I did choose something else just in case! The sever never came back to tell me if I could substitute and I asked what was ordered. I had to ask him to check on my food. After that everyone else got their food and finished before I got mine. I didn't get a substitute but I got my second order. I didn't know that until I asked what was ordered. As I was waiting he ran by grabbed my beer to refill it and got that wrong too until I corrected him. I guess to make up 4 all the mistakes but didn't say anything until the end! He also got our drinks wrong earlier. We ordered drinks before a table after us was sat and we all got our drinks at the same time. Mine was wrong! In the end they didn't want to comp us anything when we asked. We were told we could talk to the manager and we don't usually do that. We said yes but they never came out, to take to us. The server did end up comping us my meal and drink but made sure to let us know that was not their policy! All of this could've been avoided if I was allowed to substitute the 1 thing on my order like my friend or if we all got our food together! Customer service!"

"They were a bit busy when I was there, so the service was kind of slow, and it got a little sloppy for us when the guy who delivered the food to the table, the tray down, and it fell on the floor, always soup over the floor, and even on my jacket. It wasn't clean, and I had to wash it anyway, so I did the next day. It took a while to get the replacement appetizers for me and a roommate who was quite fast followed by our ducks. I think things were a bit cooler than I would have preferred this night, but everything tasted good. Besides these few things, everything was fine. It was actually the first time that I had been to this place where we went because as a time we left, there was no waiting for a table, but there was a little wait until the time we got there. At least it wasn't as bad as some of the other locations I saw online. My chicken wars actually came a little on the crisp side, instead of almost asggy as they are much of the time in another place or two where I was, as I did. We can be another time, especially if one of the locations has a 90 to 120 plus minute."

"We hadn't been to a Chili's in awhile and about a month ago we went to this location. It was a good experience so this past weekend we decided to go back. Definitely wasn't the same experience. My husband's mashed potatoes came out cold. I ordered my burger medium and it came out very rare and cold. Waitress basically ignored us for the most part. She brought out new mashed potatoes for my husband and they looked like they were scraped from the bottom of the pot and burnt (including picture). They were MUCH darker than normal mashed potatoes and didn't even look like mashed potatoes. He ordered the ribeye and I know Chili's isn't a steakhouse but, we have eaten enough ribeye steaks to know this was definitely not a ribeye. He had gotten the sirloin that had absolutely no flavor and tasted like a hockey puck. Still got charged for the ribeye and not the sirloin. She brought me a new burger but didn't bring back my roasted street corn with it. So, not only having to wait on new food my husband and I were not able to eat together. The whole point of going out to each with each other."

"I have been here since about 3:10pm and I’m just getting a drink at 4:00pm the lunch is over, I was told by the bartender it was no happy hour only to be told by the customer next to me that it is happy hour, because that’s what she told him and he’s been ordering all day. The bartender was asking for help and the manager didn’t help or get help until a lady at the bar wanted to leave because of the terrible service. The manager came over did something to the register never acknowledged any of the customers or said anything never apologized for the inconvenience or the long wait. He had the bartender running the bar and half of the floor by herself. I asked to speak to the manager to tell him my frustrations and he didn’t care he didn’t apologize for being understaffed or for the long wait. I asked his name he didn’t want to tell me so I asked the staff, I was told his name is Mr. Oscar. Oscar needs to be retrained as a manager he has no management skills at all. I then asked him was it happy hour cause I was confused because I was told no by staff but yes by customers so I asked the manager to be sure he said no it’s not so I said the customers said they are ordering happy hour, he then said oh yeah from 3-6 ??‍ I have never been to such a circus. But Liyah the bartender was amazing she had great customer service. Thanks again Liyah for your hospitality, you should teach the manager some hospitality. Still didn’t get asked about my food order and it’s 4:25 so I can’t give a review on that."

"I recently dined at a restaurant on a Sunday afternoon with my party of two and a baby, and it was not a disappointment. Despite the busy atmosphere, we were promptly greeted with friendly and professional service. The Presidente margarita was truly amazing, and the chips and salsa were delicious - we couldn't get enough of the salsa. I ordered the chicken shrimp pasta, which was not as hot as I would have liked, but I was able to enjoy it after letting it sit while I ate the corn. My wife's fajitas were also excellent. Overall, it was a great dining experience and I would definitely return again."

"Been to so many Chili's locations. On average especially when super busy any oops is acceptable. One star only here so I could move on to rant about yesterday's visit in my residential town. 8pm not overly busy, 1hr total of time spent in establishment.Simply a small to go order of 2 drink their version of chili type con queso with a nuke, heat munch bag of chips; prettygood idea there I'll say Rude hostess, bartender a real nasty human, my sister was the one to make our order in person aftermuch lack.of response from the so dalled bartender. She did go as far as to complain to the manager on duty, asking him torefrain from repromanding them til she left. Not as though he even attempted to offer a sple glass of water. A realdisappointment all around. We even witnessed 2 gentleman that sat at a near empty bar weren't treated any better, one of the 2was never waited on and finally gave up. I know as well as anyone, especially from being in this industry that verbalrecognition kindness goes a VERY long way. Definitely contacting corporate on this unnecessary happenings."

"First time going out to eat in a quite a while and was extremely disappointed tonight. Was quickly seated which was great but about 10 minutes goes by before anyone acknowledges that we are there. Our complete order was taken appetizer drinks main course. The table that came in well after us already had their drinks brought to their table before ours was taken. Not long after our order was taken the complementary chips and salsa was brought to our table with no silverware or napkins. About five minutes goes by and then our drinks were brought and they were great. Several more minutes go by and our main course is brought out. I was surprised and said wow we haven’t even gotten our appetizer yet. Without having a chance to further respond they took our main course back to the back and brought our our appetizer. At this point we still have not received silverware or napkins. We try to eat our appetizer which was spinach dip and ended up in a mess and I had to go find someone to get us napkins. After explaining to her that we didn’t have Annie and me holding a puddle of spinach dip in my hand she still did not give me napkins right away. I had to pull a paper towel from her stand that she uses to clean tables with and clean up myself and go back to my table. There we waited and she never came with a napkins. I flag down another person and asked for napkins and he immediately went and found some and brought to us. The main course is brought back out. The steaks were good but the mashed potatoes were very cold. Very disappointing to say the least and this first trip in a very long time."

"We had to wait until after our food arrived to get our drinks. My meal was cold, and my husband’s was so burnt that other diners were turning to see what that awful smell was. We tried to get the attention of the waitstaff, but they were all huddled together having conversations and didn’t notice us. When our drinks finally arrived, they were wrong, but it was clear that sending them back would mean we’d never see the right ones. "Ordered the bowl of chili with house salad. Not sure We got the bowl as the container looked very small. it arrived cold and the cheese on top was not the slightest bit melted. Also ordered the quesadilla explosion salad, where the chicken was also VERY cold and the cheese quesadilla’s were so hard, almost petrified.. lol. We are in a hotel less than 1/2 mile away from this particular chili’s and I can’t believe it was that cold! Unless it was the door dash driver not picking it up promptly. At 6:05 the order was confirmed by Chilis, at 6:24 my driver Rameses was in the lobby, so I tend to think it is not the door dash driver. We had ordered from Chilis earlier in the day since they’re were so close for lunch/snack and brought directly to our room as instructed. This time, Rameses said the front desk never said she can go to the room and the front desk never insisted that she could deliver??!! Not so much a big deal to go get it, but why bother entering instructions for room , etc."
