"They were a bit busy when I was there, so the service was kind of slow, and it got a little sloppy for us when the guy who delivered the food to the table, the tray down, and it fell on the floor, always soup over the floor, and even on my jacket. It wasn't clean, and I had to wash it anyway, so I did the next day. It took a while to get the replacement appetizers for me and a roommate who was quite fast followed by our ducks. I think things were a bit cooler than I would have preferred this night, but everything tasted good. Besides these few things, everything was fine. It was actually the first time that I had been to this place where we went because as a time we left, there was no waiting for a table, but there was a little wait until the time we got there. At least it wasn't as bad as some of the other locations I saw online. My chicken wars actually came a little on the crisp side, instead of almost asggy as they are much of the time in another place or two where I was, as I did. We can be another time, especially if one of the locations has a 90 to 120 plus minute."

Food was a bit dry and overcooked. We waited 10 mins before an employee noticed us. I heard laughing/commotion coming from the kitchen while we were waiting. Service overall was okay, improvement is needed.

Wow! The service was amazing and the food was excellent! We dined at Chili for Mother's Day this evening, and were greeted by a very friendly server. Justin was very attentive throughout our meal and was a pleasure to talk to. Highly recommend!

We received excellent service, and the food was even better than usual thanks to the new menu changes. I'm really pleased they’ve managed to navigate through the pandemic, but I recognize that every restaurant is facing challenges in finding enough staff. I appreciate any experience that comes close to what we used to have.
