"This place is nice, but it gets super busy there are times when our server did not come back to check on us or we were left without drinks or food for 10 minutes. They served us old mayo, and there is a comparison photo with the yellow mayo being the one from the waiters pocket, and there is a white mayo which was one that I think was kept refrigerated and then when we asked for new mayo, he kept giving us the ones from his pocket and then finally went back to the kitchen and gave us a mayo in a cup, which was still old you can tell they use the expired mayo even in their coleslaw because of how it has a yellow tint to it the food was hot. It was OK."

"Met friends for a casual lunch. Started with drinks an appetizer. When meals were ordered, one of our foursome ordered her lunch plus a take-out order. I was dismayed when her takeout order arrived before our lunches, and it was not prepared to-go. She told the server it was to be to-go, so it went back to the kitchen. When it came back, in a clear to-go box, half of the meal was missing! The fries and corn which had been part of the meal the first time it came out was gone. Then the server told her those don 't come with an appetizer--apparently it somehow morphed from being a lunch special (as it was initially prepared into an appetizer. Then my friend had to explain that she had not ordered an appetizer. When the server still said these don 't come with it, my friend asked for a menu to show her what was included on the lunch special. Later, she got the fries.I don 't know what happened to the corn. Our lunches never arrived 'til after the take-out order. What restaurant does that???We were calm during all of that. Then came time to pay. Our checks were never brought, so one of the group asked for them. The server said You pay on that and pointed to a credit card processor (or not! Keep reading . She said they don 't take payments. One in our group asked What if I want to pay cash? Then the server said she 'd take her payment. For the rest of us, we took our turns on the machine that I had thought was an online menu. One in the group had an incorrect bill. The manager came to help with that but didn 't seem at all concerned that their customer was overcharged. Then it was my turn. My payment did not go through, and the processor gave me a message saying it did not go through because someone was adding an item to our (cumulative? bill. I assumed it was the manager who was trying to fix the errors on my friend 's bill. It also said I 'd have to re-do the payment and that I might see a posting on my credit card account from my initial payment. I certainly didn 't want a double payment, so I said to the manager I did not want to pay using his card processor because it had indicated to me I might see a posting from the initial attempt. He said they do not accept payments other than through their processor. I replied (not heatedly that if that is so, it should be made clear to customers upon arrival. He looked at me but made no apology or even acknowledgement of what I 'd said. He merely took my credit card to see what he could do . Then he passed our table a couple of times with no follow-up and of course, he still had my card. When he came back, he said I 'd have to pay through the processor or else use cash. Fortunately I had cash for if I had not, I would have been an even more unhappy customer than I was. Neither the wait staff nor this manager seemed even slightly concerned at all the missteps and errors in how they handled our orders and payments. People reading this will probably think, Poor Chili 's; they probably don 't have enough staff. That 's not it. They had plenty of staff for the small number of tables occupied with customers. I like Chili 's, but this one is off my list."

"Here for dinner the other night, ended up having to wait 20 minutes or so, when the restaurant didn’t seem that busy.Our waitress came after about 3-5 minutes, to get our drink order. Then it took quite a while to get our appetizers, and it seemed like we had to keep reminding her of stuff we had asked for throughout the meal.We all ordered off of the three 410 menu, most of us getting some kind of sandwich or a hamburger, the chicken patties for the sandwiches being decent size, but a small portion of fries came with it.We ordered chips and salsa as one of the appetizers, and had to keep asking for refills because they kept bringing smaller amounts and were being eaten quickly without being refilled. And when the waitress asked if we would like a fresh set to take home with us after we paid our bill, she disappeared and never reach her to the table with them?"

"We've been coming to this Chili's for a number of years but haven't been there in the last couple years. Stopped in there on Sunday. Wasn't crowded and we were seated fairly fast. The hostess was very nice! She also got us our leftover boxes. Our server was also the bartender and she was nice and surprisingly attentive seeing as how she was making drinks and taking care of tables. The food seemed good (got the ribs chicken crispers combo my wife got the shrimp tacos). However, the place looked a little rundown and when I used the men's bathroom before we left I was amazed at how dirty it was. Also, there was a server in there using his phone standing right in front of the urinals where I wanted to go. So I went into toilet and locked it. The toilet was very dirty! If I had seen that before, we would have left before we ate. The server used the urinal but I didn't hear him wash his hands. Service was good, food tasted ok but the bathroom dirtiness was unsettling and made me question whether the rest of the restaurant was clean. Hoped the rest of staff washed their hands and hope they get someone to clean their bathroom!"

"Great prices for even better food. Good drinks. Service was good but my only thing was that the waiter didn't ask if we wanted refills, we had to flag him down, but no biggie. Had games to watch while eating with my family. The greeting and just plain acknowledgement from all employees even though they weren't our servers was a amazing experience. It's very family friendly and peaceful. I will definitely bring my family and others back and happily spend my money."

"I was truly impressed! I had been warned that Arnold was a place we should avoid, as the community felt outdated. However, I'm happy to say I decided to check it out for myself. We stopped by for lunch, and the service was excellent. The food was delicious and came out quickly. Kyle was our server, and he was a perfect gentleman—very polite and made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. The other patrons were also friendly; I didn’t encounter any troublemakers, thankfully. Arnold, I hope to visit your neighborhood again and experience that same great atmosphere!"

"Horrible, worst service ever, and my husband and I love Chili's ! Went to lunch, we are normally in and out pretty quick at this location, but this time, our waitress was slow, on her phone facetime) kept saying our food is ready and will be coming out, but never received our food! We were so frustrated that we just got up and left. She never even noticed we left cause she was still on her phone! Horrible! We will never be back at this chili's location! I get that they are short-handed, but hire staff that want to work!!!!!"
"I have to say that this was probably one of the worst experiences I've had in terms of service. Our waiter took our drink orders, but only three out of four drinks were delivered, and it took quite a while for him to take our food orders. When I ordered my meal, I also requested another drink and asked for no sour cream. However, when our food finally arrived, I received only sour cream and no pico de gallo, which I had asked for instead. We had to flag him down to request just a little bit of pico and to check on the drink we ordered. He assured us he would take care of it, but he did not follow through. He seemed disengaged, never once asked if we needed refills, and I ended up waiting for my drink until after everyone at the table had finished their meals. While he didn't charge us for the drink, he also never brought out the pico. To top it off, the quesadilla was soggy, and I could have easily made a better one at home! Honestly, I don't think I'll ever return—this was a huge waste of money and an incredibly frustrating experience."

"My family and I have dined at this restaurant multiple times since moving to Mt. Dora, but there always seems to be an issue with our order. Today, they forgot to include the tortillas for the fajitas, the chicken looked unappetizing, and the chips were stale. It's unclear if the problem lies with the manager or the cook, but the service definitely needs improvement. After three negative experiences, we have decided to stop dining here. Despite limited options in Mt. Dora, we cannot continue to waste our money on subpar meals."

"**First Visit**: We visited on a Sunday at 6 PM for dinner, and the restaurant wasn't crowded at all. The server was incredibly friendly and highly recommended their Chicken Alfredo. We ordered our usual diner favorites: a farm omelette and sunny-side-up eggs with wheat toast. The kids opted for Chicken Alfredo, French toast topped with strawberries and whipped cream, spaghetti with meatballs, and chicken tenders with fries. We also indulged in their chocolate cake and ice cream for dessert, which we absolutely loved! The cake was so soft, and the server even brought over a whole bottle of whipped cream so the kids could add extra sweetness to their treats. We will definitely be returning!"

"We waited over 2 hours for our food in an empty restaurant. There was a miscommunication, so we were patient and understanding. Upon bringing our food out the waitress dropped half the food on the floor. The other half that we were served was not what we ordered so we had to send it back and wait again. While waiting I felt bad for the waitress because she seemed to be having a rough time, so I started cleaning up the food that she dropped on the floor. After 15 minutes, she brought out a list arguing that I was lying about the partial order being incorrect, because the waitress who took our order (but ended up leaving shortly after) had written it down. I was still patient and explained that she didn 't even take notes while we placed our order so when she went in the back she must have just ended up writing anything old thing down. This waitress ' attitude was awful, even though I made every attempt to be understanding. An extremely obese employee came from the back and explained that she would give us a discount even though at that point I didn 't care for one. To make a long story short, we ended up being overcharged even after explaining that our bill was wrong and being told that they were giving us a senior discount which was laughable. After 3 hours of our time being wasted, an incorrect, meal and an overcharge we just wanted to get our little kids the eff out of there. We will NEVER visit Chili 's again. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. Every employee who worked today should be fired."
"bijan’s is one of the only late evening dining places in the opposite. at the arrival I let the host know that I used open table, but he didn't check me in or confirm, just led me to a table. I asked him to formally check me in, and he said he would, but he continued to sit down others. Someday I asked another host who immediately checked in and said I would get my open table points. he was very friendly and helpful. I ordered the chicken sandwich and it was not only delicious, but so big that I took the rest of the house. my related had the chicken potcake (written as tasty, but vaccinated on the chicken,) and the chicken cake (the diligent was burned and had no taste, but the chicken was moist and tasty). we just wanted water so I can't get the drinks. our server was pleasant and efficient."

"They were a bit busy when I was there, so the service was kind of slow, and it got a little sloppy for us when the guy who delivered the food to the table, the tray down, and it fell on the floor, always soup over the floor, and even on my jacket. It wasn't clean, and I had to wash it anyway, so I did the next day. It took a while to get the replacement appetizers for me and a roommate who was quite fast followed by our ducks. I think things were a bit cooler than I would have preferred this night, but everything tasted good. Besides these few things, everything was fine. It was actually the first time that I had been to this place where we went because as a time we left, there was no waiting for a table, but there was a little wait until the time we got there. At least it wasn't as bad as some of the other locations I saw online. My chicken wars actually came a little on the crisp side, instead of almost asggy as they are much of the time in another place or two where I was, as I did. We can be another time, especially if one of the locations has a 90 to 120 plus minute."

"We hadn't been to a Chili's in awhile and about a month ago we went to this location. It was a good experience so this past weekend we decided to go back. Definitely wasn't the same experience. My husband's mashed potatoes came out cold. I ordered my burger medium and it came out very rare and cold. Waitress basically ignored us for the most part. She brought out new mashed potatoes for my husband and they looked like they were scraped from the bottom of the pot and burnt (including picture). They were MUCH darker than normal mashed potatoes and didn't even look like mashed potatoes. He ordered the ribeye and I know Chili's isn't a steakhouse but, we have eaten enough ribeye steaks to know this was definitely not a ribeye. He had gotten the sirloin that had absolutely no flavor and tasted like a hockey puck. Still got charged for the ribeye and not the sirloin. She brought me a new burger but didn't bring back my roasted street corn with it. So, not only having to wait on new food my husband and I were not able to eat together. The whole point of going out to each with each other."
"Went to go grab dinner around 7:30 just to get out of the house. No one was at the podium to greet us when we walked in. I had to go to the bar ask did they have a host or hostess working. They told me there was a hold on seating anyone at this time but would send someone. The hostess came said there would be a 10-15 minute wait but the restaurant was nearly empty. We decided to wait which I regretted because once we got seated it was close to the restroom they claimed that no one was working the other area where the other tables were. The person I was with had to send his food back twice due to it being cold in the middle barely any food on the plate to begin with. About time they got it half way right we were ready to go not to mention it was so cold you could barely enjoy your food. I will say the server Miranda was professional even though others made her job difficult."

"I have been here since about 3:10pm and I’m just getting a drink at 4:00pm the lunch is over, I was told by the bartender it was no happy hour only to be told by the customer next to me that it is happy hour, because that’s what she told him and he’s been ordering all day. The bartender was asking for help and the manager didn’t help or get help until a lady at the bar wanted to leave because of the terrible service. The manager came over did something to the register never acknowledged any of the customers or said anything never apologized for the inconvenience or the long wait. He had the bartender running the bar and half of the floor by herself. I asked to speak to the manager to tell him my frustrations and he didn’t care he didn’t apologize for being understaffed or for the long wait. I asked his name he didn’t want to tell me so I asked the staff, I was told his name is Mr. Oscar. Oscar needs to be retrained as a manager he has no management skills at all. I then asked him was it happy hour cause I was confused because I was told no by staff but yes by customers so I asked the manager to be sure he said no it’s not so I said the customers said they are ordering happy hour, he then said oh yeah from 3-6 ?? I have never been to such a circus. But Liyah the bartender was amazing she had great customer service. Thanks again Liyah for your hospitality, you should teach the manager some hospitality. Still didn’t get asked about my food order and it’s 4:25 so I can’t give a review on that."
"We were able to join the waitlist through the app while we were driving over. Seated within 5 minutes of arriving during dinner rush on a Friday. Our server Amy was incredible and served our drinks and app so fast. Service overall was so quick from start to finish but not rushed. Family atmosphere with great lighting and not too loud. Fantastic dinner!"

"I recently dined at a restaurant on a Sunday afternoon with my party of two and a baby, and it was not a disappointment. Despite the busy atmosphere, we were promptly greeted with friendly and professional service. The Presidente margarita was truly amazing, and the chips and salsa were delicious - we couldn't get enough of the salsa. I ordered the chicken shrimp pasta, which was not as hot as I would have liked, but I was able to enjoy it after letting it sit while I ate the corn. My wife's fajitas were also excellent. Overall, it was a great dining experience and I would definitely return again."
