"Been to so many Chili's locations. On average especially when super busy any oops is acceptable. One star only here so I could move on to rant about yesterday's visit in my residential town. 8pm not overly busy, 1hr total of time spent in establishment.Simply a small to go order of 2 drink their version of chili type con queso with a nuke, heat munch bag of chips; prettygood idea there I'll say Rude hostess, bartender a real nasty human, my sister was the one to make our order in person aftermuch lack.of response from the so dalled bartender. She did go as far as to complain to the manager on duty, asking him torefrain from repromanding them til she left. Not as though he even attempted to offer a sple glass of water. A realdisappointment all around. We even witnessed 2 gentleman that sat at a near empty bar weren't treated any better, one of the 2was never waited on and finally gave up. I know as well as anyone, especially from being in this industry that verbalrecognition kindness goes a VERY long way. Definitely contacting corporate on this unnecessary happenings."

"First time going out to eat in a quite a while and was extremely disappointed tonight. Was quickly seated which was great but about 10 minutes goes by before anyone acknowledges that we are there. Our complete order was taken appetizer drinks main course. The table that came in well after us already had their drinks brought to their table before ours was taken. Not long after our order was taken the complementary chips and salsa was brought to our table with no silverware or napkins. About five minutes goes by and then our drinks were brought and they were great. Several more minutes go by and our main course is brought out. I was surprised and said wow we haven’t even gotten our appetizer yet. Without having a chance to further respond they took our main course back to the back and brought our our appetizer. At this point we still have not received silverware or napkins. We try to eat our appetizer which was spinach dip and ended up in a mess and I had to go find someone to get us napkins. After explaining to her that we didn’t have Annie and me holding a puddle of spinach dip in my hand she still did not give me napkins right away. I had to pull a paper towel from her stand that she uses to clean tables with and clean up myself and go back to my table. There we waited and she never came with a napkins. I flag down another person and asked for napkins and he immediately went and found some and brought to us. The main course is brought back out. The steaks were good but the mashed potatoes were very cold. Very disappointing to say the least and this first trip in a very long time."

"Great location, very good service and thats where it ends. The margaritas are so bitter you can’t taste the alcohol, even when you ask for hi-end spirits you can’t get past the bitter mix. Margaritas are easy Easy, tequila, fresh squeezed juice, simple syrup, an orange flavored liquor, weather it’s triple sec, Cointreau or Grand Marnier. Add the salt, it’s pretty simple. “Rib Eye” Fajita? It was so overcooked and salty. The vegetable were overcooked but accountable compared to the “ribeye”. The taco salad was average. Price extra for chips and salsa...."

"The Bacon Avocado Chicken Sandwich at Chili's truly surpassed my expectations. The bread was fresh, the chicken was juicy, and the crispy vegetables added a nice crunch—all served in a generous portion for an affordable price. I visited the Chili's Bar and Grill in the winter garden on a Sunday afternoon, and honestly, I wasn't expecting much. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the sandwich turned out to be. The fries were also fresh and perfectly seasoned, to the point where I didn't even feel the need for ketchup. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with great prices, generous portions, excellent service, and a delicious sandwich to top it all off on a Sunday."

"We had to wait until after our food arrived to get our drinks. My meal was cold, and my husband’s was so burnt that other diners were turning to see what that awful smell was. We tried to get the attention of the waitstaff, but they were all huddled together having conversations and didn’t notice us. When our drinks finally arrived, they were wrong, but it was clear that sending them back would mean we’d never see the right ones. It was just my husband and me, and between the appetizers, drinks, and dinner, we ended up wasting nearly $75. My advice? Avoid this place on the weekends—or better yet, just don’t go at all."

"Ordered the bowl of chili with house salad. Not sure We got the bowl as the container looked very small. it arrived cold and the cheese on top was not the slightest bit melted. Also ordered the quesadilla explosion salad, where the chicken was also VERY cold and the cheese quesadilla’s were so hard, almost petrified.. lol. We are in a hotel less than 1/2 mile away from this particular chili’s and I can’t believe it was that cold! Unless it was the door dash driver not picking it up promptly. At 6:05 the order was confirmed by Chilis, at 6:24 my driver Rameses was in the lobby, so I tend to think it is not the door dash driver. We had ordered from Chilis earlier in the day since they’re were so close for lunch/snack and brought directly to our room as instructed. This time, Rameses said the front desk never said she can go to the room and the front desk never insisted that she could deliver??!! Not so much a big deal to go get it, but why bother entering instructions for room , etc."

"(Food was old dry like it had been under a heat lamp for hours. Order came out wrong. Quality was non existent. Won't be back. We ordered two starters (fried pickles cheese fries then our meals (a burger sliders Because they come with a sideof fries, we asked if we could substitute the fries with our starters instead and pay the difference if there was one. Our foodcame out quickly, which was suspicious but we were hungry so didn't think much of it at first. The server put the food down,quickly asked if everything looked alright as she walked away. It was a basket with the fried pickles, 2 sliders and small roundcontainer with cheese fries that looked hours old. Then our meals came out. 4 sliders, burger ANOTHER cheese fries that lookedworse than the previous one. We shrugged at the extra food but after the first bite both of us knew nothing we had been givenwas fresh. It was so dry and disgusting I took 2 bites and stopped. My S.O. ate 2 sliders and stopped...we paid, left the tablewith the majority of our food untouched."

"Hannah was amazing! She was very friendly, welcoming, and patient. I had some special requests for my order, and she handled them perfectly. The customer service was outstanding. The dining area was clean and well-organized. My order was prepared quickly by both her and the kitchen. I noticed that Hannah seemed a bit frustrated after delivering my order, as she left to take care of another order! Thank you for a great experience. "This was my 2nd time visiting. Last time I visited on a weekend and reserved a table by calling them. This time I visited for dinner on a weekday without calling and they said the wait would be about 30 mins. More than half the tables were empty and they weren’t willing to use those for anyone. The waitress was totally not in a mood and was just serving us for the sake of it. I don’t know if it was just that lady or everyone else, but I did not have a good experience because of that. The stars I gave are just for food. Its great. I love their fajitas and the desserts. To conclude- please call in advance to reserve a table. The wait will always be more than 15-20 mins."

"10/27/2024 Sat for over 1 hour w/o being served, ordered a drink while at the bar, only to find out that bartender was new. Wanted food but couldn’t wait any longer for it. Also was unable to watch the saints game while being in LA. Services was the absolute worst I’ve ever had and chillis is my favorite. "My GF and I ordered through the app. Prepaid tip (Which I want back) we got a text message saying our order was ready for pick up with a link to tell them what space you’re in. After ten minutes I called. Ten more minutes passed I walked in there and asked where everyone’s food is. Three cars waiting. We were first and waited twenty minutes after our food was ready. So I walked into the side door where there to go spaces are, and I asked the lady what was taking so long. She says she’s about to walk out with the food. I say, ‘Okay Thank you.’ And then she says, ‘you can take yours’ so I had to walk my own out while she got to take care of the other customers like she was supposed to. My server didn’t earn a tip from me. But after two bad experiences in a row, I will never set foot in that Chili’s ever again. This food looks like convenient store product. And I didn’t even get my broccoli. That place just doesn’t care."

"I'll start by saying I've been here 4 times with no issues. I always sit in the same exact seat at the bar. Customer service has been mediocre. But not bad enough to complain until today, before heading into work. I work in customer service so I am very aware of how an employee should greet and speak to customers. These people are disgusting. Nonexistent customer service. Completely ignored me and never said I'll be right with you. Walked past me twice and made eye contact but no smile. As soon as I leave I call to speak with a manager and she explains to me that she already spoke with PAMELA. How is that? Maybe Pamela was feeling guilty and trying to cover her ass. "I usually have a good experience here. Walked in and got seated for 2 right away. I saw about 5 tables were full. "My family and I are regulars at Chili's. We usually order takeout, so I will review both the dining in and takeout experiences. [TAKEOUT] We really appreciate the convenience of placing mobile orders, and most of the time our food arrives quickly and without any issues. However, there have been occasions where we have had to wait longer than expected (10-15 minutes past the scheduled time) for our orders. We have also received some hastily put together meals or food that wasn't fresh when we got it. I recommend checking your food before leaving the restaurant! My biggest complaint would be the inconsistency in quality. It seems to depend on the time of day, the employees, or even the weather. Our experience can vary greatly. During our last visit, we were informed of a 20-minute wait time, which was not a problem. However, we ended up waiting for 30 minutes, seeing other customers who arrived after us (we watched them park while we waited) being served before us. We ordered the smokehouse combo and burger bites for our children. The food was tasty and fresh, although it was not hot when it reached our table. The corn on the cob was overcooked but when we requested a replacement, the manager himself brought us a new one. He was very friendly. Our waitress was also kind and attentive, her positive attitude added to our enjoyable experience. Overall, I recommend this restaurant. I give it 4 stars based on our regular visits, not just one-time experiences."

"The service was excellent, and the food was good. However, you really need to keep an eye on the billing. They initially gave me a bill for the wrong table, and I ended up tipping twice. The first bill was $60, which I would have gladly paid and left. But believing in karma, I got the waitress's attention and mentioned that I didn't think the bill was correct. It turned out they had given me the wrong table’s bill, so I ended up paying a different bill, which meant I had to leave another tip. What started as a $60 bill ended up being over $200. So, be cautious with your billing. I was satisfied overall and didn’t mind paying the extra, but I could have left with just the $60. I'm glad I believe in karma!"

"While the burgers and Bluemoon on tap are fantastic, the poor customer service and lack of cleanliness were quite disappointing. My daughter chose Chili's for her birthday lunch, but we waited nearly five minutes for a hostess to seat us, and she never arrived, so we ended up sitting at the bar instead. We placed our food order and received our drinks before the hostess even appeared at the front entrance. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was concerning; it looked like the floors hadn't been swept or mopped in a week. The men's restroom was dark, damp, and filthy, resembling an alley; the ceiling was covered in cobwebs and dust bunnies, and the bar area had dried condiments stuck on the refrigerators. Unless management becomes serious about improving cleanliness, I don't see us returning anytime soon."
