"We keep giving this restaurant another chance, but it consistently lets us down. Every time we arrive, there's no one at the hostess stand to greet us. On one occasion, we were on our lunch break, and the waitress forgot to place our order. On another visit, we found hair in our food. I do want to acknowledge that the manager handled the situation professionally. However, on our third visit, we waited 15 minutes before anyone came to take our drink order. Meanwhile, the table next to us mentioned they had been waiting over 30 minutes for their food. We love Chili's, but unfortunately, we'll have to drive out of our way to visit a different location."

"Terrible experience! Our server stopped coming to our table once he got sat more tables. He couldn't handle more than one table at a time. Thank goodness the other servers were so kind to continue to help us because we couldn't even get his attention. My salad came out without any toppings that was supposed to be on it and the chicken was ice cold. I had to get multiple servers attention to send it back. I told my server about it and he didn't even check on my order. I had to keep waving down different employees for help, which is unfair to them. The whole experience took twice as long as it should for lunch. I was supposed to get a kid's meal but he never came back so I couldn't even order it because I ran out of time. The manager did come by and help with the situation and he was very kind, but I think there are steps to take to prevent this from happening again!"

"I came here today with my wife, was served by Melisa, I don’t usually leave reviews but just came to say she is one of, if not the BEST waitress I have ever came across, especially in chillis. Originally from Danville, I by pass going to Pleasanton chillis or San Leandro chillis, the service is terrible there, driving to Fremont for the better quality food and the awesome waiters, def worth it. "How do you burn a burger beyond recognition and top it with raw bacon and serve it to anyone? Then when the person returns it, no apology, no empathy because I was short on time. Be for real! "This made us uneasy, as we worried he could have done something inappropriate to our meal. We ended up flagging down our new server to request the manager so we could express our concerns. To our surprise, the manager brought over the very server we had just complained about, which made no sense and reignited our frustration. My husband asked why she did that, and this led to a bit of conflict, though not overly serious. The original server seemed dismissive, laughing and responding in a way that felt unprofessional. The manager, who seemed inexperienced and perhaps not suited for the role, asked us what we wanted her to do about the situation. She then decided to take our food back, claiming she didn’t believe her servers would do anything to compromise customers’ meals, without really understanding our concerns. I tried to explain that disgruntled employees might act out of revenge, but it didn’t seem to register with her. Overall, we leave feeling frustrated and uncomfortable, and we have decided we won’t be returning to this restaurant."

"My usual go to when I'm in the area, but that day I was disappointed. As a former waitress I understand the atmosphere of working in a restaurant and how stressful it can get but I was definitely disappointed that the nachos I ordered were over cooked I only received TEN chips on my plate!! I didn't dare say anything to the bartender because he already seemed annoyed with the way he presented himself to customers and knew that the nachos weren't his fault, but he didn't even check in with me."

"Food was good and service was just ok. We were well taken care of but waitress seemed newer and took awhile at times to check back. We also got our food before another table whose occupants had arrived well before us. Their food was cold when they received it, the kitchen made them a fresh meal but still. We ordered Santa Fe chicken salad, very good. And the briaketburger that was pretty good just a little over cooked. Fries were decent. Signed up for rewards on the kiosk and got a free chips and salsa appetizer right away, which was yummy BTW."

"There was a wait when we arrived, however it was no more than 15 minutes. We were greeted upon arrival. The waiting area was a bit small, but they were crowded. We were greeted immediately when we sat down at our table. The menu has a lot of variety, and the items were very reasonably priced compared to other chain restaurants. Our server was excellent, and very attentive. I had a hamburger, which was cooked precisely to order, and was great tasting. The fries were okay, and better than most chain restaurants. The strawberry lemonade was excellent!. The overall experience was very pleasant, and the prices were comparable or even much lower than other chain restaurants, but the food was MUCH better. Highly recommended."

"The manager rage quit while we were there. He apparently was doing the cooking so the staff initially wasn't sure what to do, but they rallied together to get the last few meals out. They were very well composed considering the circumstances and our meal was still excellent despite being cooked by a server."

"Sat down later in the evening and the hostess greeted us and gave us silverware and asked about drinks. I ordered a bottle beer and received draft when our server brought it by. I asked for the bottle and received an eye roll and irritation. We ordered andwhen food was brought out we asked for napkins, a refill and a small plate. First 2 we received from another server. No platethe entire visit. Our server never came back to our table but visited the 2 next to us a few times. I don 't typically leavecomments or reviews. This was a disappointing experience. Food was decent. BBQ combo ribs were terrible. Fajitas were decent butthe sauce they use to make the sizzle on the way out caused a bad taste for the chicken."

"I go here almost every 2 weeks with my boyfriend when I come home to Apex from school. This specific location has the best service and is so special to me. They have the crispiest crunchiest flimsicle chips that perfectly crunch in your mouth, yet constantly lose the battle against guacamole in the best way possible. "It's insane how simple it is to pack up an order off of a printed list of items that someone has ordered online. It should be idiot proof yet for some reason the help missed a third of my order when packing the order. When I tried to notify the delivery app, Uber Eats, they just credited my account $5. No apology. No way to fix the order... just $5 off on my next delivery. This **** happens all the time to us who order items and have it delivered. It's not the delivery driver's fault. I hope some Chili's executive actually reads these reviews and resolves the issue. $5 off a delivery is an insult. I even tried to call the Plymouth Mass location and they took no responsibility for the mistake. They couldn't believe I asked to have the item delivered to my house as a way to fix the problem. They passed the buck to the delivery app driver saying the guy grabbed the wrong order. That was total B.S. as my wife's burger and all the other items were correct. Someone at Chili's should take responsibility and at a minimum say sorry and issue a better refund."

"Summer was a great server. She had a few tech issues with inputting our order in to the kitchen. We just felt she was a little overwhelmed or overloaded as she was the Only server in our area with several large parties and 3 other tables. However she did an amazing job and we did extend much grace seeing that it was just her. We ordered appetizers but they did not come out until 5 min before our food and we waited 20 min for the appetizers Soon you can image with a party of 5 our table was a bit overwhelming with food. The new menu was crazy... but we survived. We kind of like the new pick 3 menu however there is very limited items but the value is great. We ordered the following A trio platter not pictured) Appetizer The pick 3 drink, appetizer,, and entrée The upgraded queso you pick three dips with endless chips) Old timer with fries and a drink $10.99 The next order was the soup appetizer, shrimp pasta and drink for 15$ Another ordered the Buffalo wings and curly fries 7.99 And another ordered the Philly steak and curly fries 10.99 It was a while since I had been to a Chilli's and we choose this one which is a 30 min drive) for the atmosphere per my friend request."

"I really wanted to shoot this place again. because I like chilis and this one is close, and last time I ate here and my girls had to wait almost an hour to eat. this time we tried to give it another shot and we never got help for almost a whole 20 minutes sitting right there, even when my family arrived, not even a visit at the table. And so we told the waiter that we are somehow willing to pay for the drinks and go because we don’t really get a service. and he just goes “okay” and still told us about the drink. to go chili! will not be back! the owner should be really aware of how this place is going because he doesn't look good."

"The food was excellent! I tend to leave negative reviews when I'm unhappy, so I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience this time. I ordered curbside pickup and drove to the restaurant to collect my order. Upon arrival, I waited for about 10 minutes, which I didn’t mind—it assured me that my food would be warm. When I got home, my meat was cooked to medium rare, just as I had requested. The chips were fantastic; when they suggest heating them for 30 seconds, definitely follow that recommendation—it felt like I was enjoying them straight from the restaurant! Everything was perfect. Despite being quite busy, the staff handled the rush well and delivered great food. Excellent job, Chili's! P.S. The loaded mashed potatoes were amazing!"

"My first experience at Chili's was incredible! The seating was very comfortable, the service was outstanding, and the food was delicious. I tried the Southwestern soup, which was fantastic, and the Cajun shrimp pasta, which was really good, although it could have used a bit more Cajun seasoning. It wasn't a big issue, though. The burger was definitely the highlight—it was amazing! I ordered the bacon BBQ burger, but it was quite filling and heavy, so if you're planning to order more items, you might want to choose a different burger. The fries were also really good. Overall, it was definitely worth the visit!"

"The service was terrible. The waiter pretended to take order somehow the first person in our table of five did not get their food. Plain Lachs and French Pommes as difficult was that! My steak was done twice after asking for medium! Thought it was strange that she only took the steak from my plate and brought the second 20 minutes later I suspect that I enjoyed my pages before my steak or had cold sides either the fact that I did not even offer to warm my pages or brought new was wild. Manager was great to take these dishes out of the ticket, but it did not matter the fact that our 8 years old had to take about 25 min on their salmon AFTER each received their food because the waiter did not enter the system. So much for the “Firing it up” when it came out, it had burned edges was complete garbage. Another plate had sausages on it and that was brought out room temperature! Such a disappointment. My wine needed a lot of time to get out and it was the wrong one. Not hard to distinguish what a Cabernet is! Somehow it took a long time to fix itself. All experiences were bad. The manager accused new employees."

"Service was horrible decided to go with a few friends. When we went in we were turned around I assume because of the amount of people. We were told to sit in our vehicle's until we were called or time given. We sat outside over an hour so we called and our tables were ready. Get inside staff wasn't friendly at all but we ordered anyway because this is what we waited for. Everyone orders drinks and appetizers things start to look good atleast I thought. After a while the food starts to come out looking good every person around me eating and enjoying their meal. Minutes go by I'm still sitting drinking sprite watching the staff pass and manager pass by look at the table but they say nothing. Later they pass back to ask if everyone is okay and if we need to go trays and tickets. Clearly no updates on my order no communication of hey it's going to be a while for your chilli would you like to order something else. By this time they are informed to take it off the ticket so we can pay. They informed us that they were going to minutes pass again the waiter and waitress are taking orders at other tables still no update. Finally we stop them and ask hey are you going to take this off they get an attitude saying we said we were working on it. Minutes later it's removed and we pay. This experience was beyond horrible."
