"The service was excellent, and the food was good. However, you really need to keep an eye on the billing. They initially gave me a bill for the wrong table, and I ended up tipping twice. The first bill was $60, which I would have gladly paid and left. But believing in karma, I got the waitress's attention and mentioned that I didn't think the bill was correct. It turned out they had given me the wrong table’s bill, so I ended up paying a different bill, which meant I had to leave another tip. What started as a $60 bill ended up being over $200. So, be cautious with your billing. I was satisfied overall and didn’t mind paying the extra, but I could have left with just the $60. I'm glad I believe in karma!"

I was first served by Corney, who was incredible and welcoming, and the food I had was absolutely delicious!

Love the chips and Salsa! Fried chicken wasn't so great. Brisket quesadilla was good. Street corn is awesome. Molten cake for dessert was good.

My sisters and I stopped in on the way back from Tampa! They were busy, 10 minute wait. But we were seated in 5 minutes. Fast friendly service, food was delicious! View menu

The chicken wings were tasty, and the ribs were great too. I ordered the ribs with a dry rub and sauce on the side. I didn’t really need the sauce, but I tried some of the house BBQ and it was quite good with a nice kick to it. Overall, it was a decent experience.

Every time we go, we always choose to sit at the bar to savor the loaded curly fries, and they seem to get better with each visit! The food and drinks are consistently served quickly and fresh. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and personable. I truly love this place!

We visited the Chili's in Crystal Rivers with our family, hoping to enjoy a good meal, and we weren't disappointed! We ordered the Chili queso, fajitas, chicken, and baby back ribs—classic signature dishes that never fail to impress. Their strawberry frozen margaritas are simply the best! Highly recommend! #bestbabybackribs View menu

The service at this restaurant is outstanding! The staff is friendly and attentive. However, the food quality is quite disappointing. The recipes for several menu items seem completely altered, and it doesn't even feel like I'm dining at Chili's. We've visited various locations several times, and it's evident that the entire chain (not just this one) has opted for different food suppliers or is now sourcing lower quality ingredients from the same supplier. It's really unfortunate because our family used to love Chili's.

I had a fantastic time at the restaurant! Our waitress was amazing; she not only took our orders but also engaged in conversation and joked with us. Initially, I wasn’t sure what I wanted to eat, but I opted for just soup since I wasn’t very hungry, and it was delicious! I can’t recall the name of the soup, but it had a nice hint of spice and was served with a cheddar cheese sauce and chicken. My husband ordered a Mexican salad, which was also very good. My sister-in-law had the same soup as I did, while my mother-in-law and niece shared chicken strips and French fries.

"Disappointed: Four of us dined there last night, and walked away very unimpressed. We each ordered an appetizer and four entrées, and a glass of wine ahead of time. The foie gras and escargots were nice. The imported French cheese plate had a Manchego, a Comte and another goat. Manchego is from Spain and the goat cheese was not French that we could tell either. You would expect a nice double cream, etc. These seemed like Sam’s buying club bought cheeses. When we asked the waiter. he really just shrugged his shoulders. We also also ordered the steak tartare. House grind good, but Very bland there should’ve been some seasoning mixed in with the meat. As for the entrées, we ordered a beef Bourguignon, which was the best of all four entrées. The mushroom Tajine, which was just used to serve the meal. It was not used to cook the meal in as customary. This dish lacked proper seasoning, and missing walnuts. the brie cheese they did put in should have had the rind cut off. I ended up with strands of rind in my dish. I did not finish it. We also ordered the cassoulet which was pretty clear they used canned beans, the duck Confit was not confit but roasted. It was served with a sausage that was std didn’t even ask or see the pork belly. . And lastly was the chicken airline breast. The Cremini mushroom demi glace, did not taste homemade but very familiar to a canned soup. I’m not happy having to give this review, but after spending over $300 on this dinner, I expected a better meal. One of our dinner guests that evening was a chef so maybe that didn’t help?"
