"(Food was old dry like it had been under a heat lamp for hours. Order came out wrong. Quality was non existent. Won't be back. We ordered two starters (fried pickles cheese fries then our meals (a burger sliders Because they come with a sideof fries, we asked if we could substitute the fries with our starters instead and pay the difference if there was one. Our foodcame out quickly, which was suspicious but we were hungry so didn't think much of it at first. The server put the food down,quickly asked if everything looked alright as she walked away. It was a basket with the fried pickles, 2 sliders and small roundcontainer with cheese fries that looked hours old. Then our meals came out. 4 sliders, burger ANOTHER cheese fries that lookedworse than the previous one. We shrugged at the extra food but after the first bite both of us knew nothing we had been givenwas fresh. It was so dry and disgusting I took 2 bites and stopped. My S.O. ate 2 sliders and stopped...we paid, left the tablewith the majority of our food untouched."

The food at this restaurant is amazing, but if you don't eat beef, like us, keep in mind that their burgers are made with beef only. However, they do offer a chicken sandwich and we also enjoyed their chicken wings. Overall, our experience was good. The staff was very kind and helpful. We appreciated their service. View menu

The food is consistently served hot, the drinks are always fantastic, but the highlight of our visit is always Tay! He is an exceptional server, incredibly kind, and even remembers us from previous visits, which is impressive. As a server at a nearby restaurant, I can recognize top-notch service when I experience it.

After a long flight with my family, we visited this restaurant and I must say, they really helped me shake off my jet lag. The food was amazing and our server Tay was outstanding!! He was quick, attentive, and provided a personalized experience that made it feel like we were his only customers (even though he seemed to be handling multiple tables on his own). I am still blown away by the excellent service we received. Thank you, Texas, for the warm welcome.

This Chili's location did not meet my expectations. I have dined at Chili's in multiple states and this experience was probably the worst in terms of service. Despite this, we still tipped our waitress well because she tried to make up for the service issues after our original waitress disappeared. It took a long time to receive our drinks and many of the items in our order were either wrong or missing. This experience doesn't reflect poorly on Chili's as a whole, but it did not live up to the usual standard we are accustomed to. View menu

I decided to write a review not only about my server tonight, but also another employee. I inquired about their names before leaving because I was shocked by the behavior I witnessed among employees when they thought no one could hear them. DIANA AND ZAY, you should be ashamed of yourselves for how you were treating a young colleague and the things you were saying. Do you realize that people like you can contribute to someone taking their own life? Management needs to carefully consider the individuals they have on their team, as these two employees are a negative influence and can be easily replaced.

I’ve always enjoyed going here but my last visit wasn’t a pleasant one AT ALL! Although the food was smoking hot the order was wrong I asked for no mushrooms on one order and no cayenne or Cajun season on the other but as you can see in the picture I got both. My waiter which was the bartender advised he would take care of it and he honestly tried, however the manager Hydi got a bad attitude when the bartender asked her to take it off.
