"We've been coming to this Chili's for a number of years but haven't been there in the last couple years. Stopped in there on Sunday. Wasn't crowded and we were seated fairly fast. The hostess was very nice! She also got us our leftover boxes. Our server was also the bartender and she was nice and surprisingly attentive seeing as how she was making drinks and taking care of tables. The food seemed good (got the ribs chicken crispers combo my wife got the shrimp tacos). However, the place looked a little rundown and when I used the men's bathroom before we left I was amazed at how dirty it was. Also, there was a server in there using his phone standing right in front of the urinals where I wanted to go. So I went into toilet and locked it. The toilet was very dirty! If I had seen that before, we would have left before we ate. The server used the urinal but I didn't hear him wash his hands. Service was good, food tasted ok but the bathroom dirtiness was unsettling and made me question whether the rest of the restaurant was clean. Hoped the rest of staff washed their hands and hope they get someone to clean their bathroom!"

"The restroom was extremely dirty and lacking seat covers. I found some in the out-of-order stall so I moved them to another stall. I noticed a restaurant employee using the restroom, indicating that staff were aware of the poor condition. My waiter was excellent, although without a name tag I couldn't thank him by name. I tipped him with my credit card, but mistakenly told my husband I had not left a tip, resulting in double gratuity. I ordered the Rib eye steak with double broccoli, hoping for a healthier meal, only to find the broccoli overly salted. The Lemon drop cocktail was simply fresh lemon juice, while the Blackberry margarita was enjoyable despite the second one being too sweet. The Titos punch was perfect. The bar seemed to be struggling, as my last drink took 20 minutes to arrive, long after my party had finished eating. The waiter apologized twice for the delay, unsure of the reason for the wait."

"Horrible, worst service ever, and my husband and I love Chili's ! Went to lunch, we are normally in and out pretty quick at this location, but this time, our waitress was slow, on her phone facetime) kept saying our food is ready and will be coming out, but never received our food! We were so frustrated that we just got up and left. She never even noticed we left cause she was still on her phone! Horrible! We will never be back at this chili's location! I get that they are short-handed, but hire staff that want to work!!!!!"

"I have to say that this was probably one of the worst experiences I've had in terms of service. Our waiter took our drink orders, but only three out of four drinks were delivered, and it took quite a while for him to take our food orders. When I ordered my meal, I also requested another drink and asked for no sour cream. However, when our food finally arrived, I received only sour cream and no pico de gallo, which I had asked for instead. We had to flag him down to request just a little bit of pico and to check on the drink we ordered. He assured us he would take care of it, but he did not follow through. He seemed disengaged, never once asked if we needed refills, and I ended up waiting for my drink until after everyone at the table had finished their meals. While he didn't charge us for the drink, he also never brought out the pico. To top it off, the quesadilla was soggy, and I could have easily made a better one at home! Honestly, I don't think I'll ever return—this was a huge waste of money and an incredibly frustrating experience."

"My family and I have dined at this restaurant multiple times since moving to Mt. Dora, but there always seems to be an issue with our order. Today, they forgot to include the tortillas for the fajitas, the chicken looked unappetizing, and the chips were stale. It's unclear if the problem lies with the manager or the cook, but the service definitely needs improvement. After three negative experiences, we have decided to stop dining here. Despite limited options in Mt. Dora, we cannot continue to waste our money on subpar meals."

"This Chili's is always a reliable spot for a quick meal, catching a game, or hanging out with friends. The parking lot can be a bit chaotic, but once you're inside, the service is consistently good at both the bar and the tables. The food is delicious, and I've never encountered any kitchen issues; the dishes arrive promptly and as ordered. We often do takeout for game days at home, and the service has always been excellent, with the food being a hit. They also offer party platter options. The kids enjoy it there, and we've always had a great time dining at this location. Even when it's busy, the staff remains attentive and organized. Everyone is friendly, and the managers do a great job as well."

"bijan’s is one of the only late evening dining places in the opposite. at the arrival I let the host know that I used open table, but he didn't check me in or confirm, just led me to a table. I asked him to formally check me in, and he said he would, but he continued to sit down others. Someday I asked another host who immediately checked in and said I would get my open table points. he was very friendly and helpful. I ordered the chicken sandwich and it was not only delicious, but so big that I took the rest of the house. my related had the chicken potcake (written as tasty, but vaccinated on the chicken,) and the chicken cake (the diligent was burned and had no taste, but the chicken was moist and tasty). we just wanted water so I can't get the drinks. our server was pleasant and efficient."

"They were a bit busy when I was there, so the service was kind of slow, and it got a little sloppy for us when the guy who delivered the food to the table, the tray down, and it fell on the floor, always soup over the floor, and even on my jacket. It wasn't clean, and I had to wash it anyway, so I did the next day. It took a while to get the replacement appetizers for me and a roommate who was quite fast followed by our ducks. I think things were a bit cooler than I would have preferred this night, but everything tasted good. Besides these few things, everything was fine. It was actually the first time that I had been to this place where we went because as a time we left, there was no waiting for a table, but there was a little wait until the time we got there. At least it wasn't as bad as some of the other locations I saw online. My chicken wars actually came a little on the crisp side, instead of almost asggy as they are much of the time in another place or two where I was, as I did. We can be another time, especially if one of the locations has a 90 to 120 plus minute."

"We hadn't been to a Chili's in awhile and about a month ago we went to this location. It was a good experience so this past weekend we decided to go back. Definitely wasn't the same experience. My husband's mashed potatoes came out cold. I ordered my burger medium and it came out very rare and cold. Waitress basically ignored us for the most part. She brought out new mashed potatoes for my husband and they looked like they were scraped from the bottom of the pot and burnt (including picture). They were MUCH darker than normal mashed potatoes and didn't even look like mashed potatoes. He ordered the ribeye and I know Chili's isn't a steakhouse but, we have eaten enough ribeye steaks to know this was definitely not a ribeye. He had gotten the sirloin that had absolutely no flavor and tasted like a hockey puck. Still got charged for the ribeye and not the sirloin. She brought me a new burger but didn't bring back my roasted street corn with it. So, not only having to wait on new food my husband and I were not able to eat together. The whole point of going out to each with each other."

"Went to go grab dinner around 7:30 just to get out of the house. No one was at the podium to greet us when we walked in. I had to go to the bar ask did they have a host or hostess working. They told me there was a hold on seating anyone at this time but would send someone. The hostess came said there would be a 10-15 minute wait but the restaurant was nearly empty. We decided to wait which I regretted because once we got seated it was close to the restroom they claimed that no one was working the other area where the other tables were. The person I was with had to send his food back twice due to it being cold in the middle barely any food on the plate to begin with. About time they got it half way right we were ready to go not to mention it was so cold you could barely enjoy your food. I will say the server Miranda was professional even though others made her job difficult."

"I have been here since about 3:10pm and I’m just getting a drink at 4:00pm the lunch is over, I was told by the bartender it was no happy hour only to be told by the customer next to me that it is happy hour, because that’s what she told him and he’s been ordering all day. The bartender was asking for help and the manager didn’t help or get help until a lady at the bar wanted to leave because of the terrible service. The manager came over did something to the register never acknowledged any of the customers or said anything never apologized for the inconvenience or the long wait. He had the bartender running the bar and half of the floor by herself. I asked to speak to the manager to tell him my frustrations and he didn’t care he didn’t apologize for being understaffed or for the long wait. I asked his name he didn’t want to tell me so I asked the staff, I was told his name is Mr. Oscar. Oscar needs to be retrained as a manager he has no management skills at all. I then asked him was it happy hour cause I was confused because I was told no by staff but yes by customers so I asked the manager to be sure he said no it’s not so I said the customers said they are ordering happy hour, he then said oh yeah from 3-6 ??‍ I have never been to such a circus. But Liyah the bartender was amazing she had great customer service. Thanks again Liyah for your hospitality, you should teach the manager some hospitality. Still didn’t get asked about my food order and it’s 4:25 so I can’t give a review on that."

"We were able to join the waitlist through the app while we were driving over. Seated within 5 minutes of arriving during dinner rush on a Friday. Our server Amy was incredible and served our drinks and app so fast. Service overall was so quick from start to finish but not rushed. Family atmosphere with great lighting and not too loud. Fantastic dinner!"

"Been to so many Chili's locations. On average especially when super busy any oops is acceptable. One star only here so I could move on to rant about yesterday's visit in my residential town. 8pm not overly busy, 1hr total of time spent in establishment.Simply a small to go order of 2 drink their version of chili type con queso with a nuke, heat munch bag of chips; prettygood idea there I'll say Rude hostess, bartender a real nasty human, my sister was the one to make our order in person aftermuch lack.of response from the so dalled bartender. She did go as far as to complain to the manager on duty, asking him torefrain from repromanding them til she left. Not as though he even attempted to offer a sple glass of water. A realdisappointment all around. We even witnessed 2 gentleman that sat at a near empty bar weren't treated any better, one of the 2was never waited on and finally gave up. I know as well as anyone, especially from being in this industry that verbalrecognition kindness goes a VERY long way. Definitely contacting corporate on this unnecessary happenings."

"I recently dined at a restaurant on a Sunday afternoon with my party of two and a baby, and it was not a disappointment. Despite the busy atmosphere, we were promptly greeted with friendly and professional service. The Presidente margarita was truly amazing, and the chips and salsa were delicious - we couldn't get enough of the salsa. I ordered the chicken shrimp pasta, which was not as hot as I would have liked, but I was able to enjoy it after letting it sit while I ate the corn. My wife's fajitas were also excellent. Overall, it was a great dining experience and I would definitely return again."

"Over the years we've frequented this location, our most recent experience was undoubtedly the worst. The fries were served cold, so we asked the employee for a fresh batch. Instead of apologizing and promptly bringing us hot fries, he asked, "Aren't they hot?!" He assured us he would get fresh fries, but then forgot about them entirely. By the time we finished our meals—disappointed with the small portion of the chicken sandwich—we had to ask our server for the fries when he brought us the bill. While our server was attentive with drink refills, the other guy, who also forgot my spoon when bringing out our soups, seemed more interested in chatting with the hosts than attending to his duties."

"First time going out to eat in a quite a while and was extremely disappointed tonight. Was quickly seated which was great but about 10 minutes goes by before anyone acknowledges that we are there. Our complete order was taken appetizer drinks main course. The table that came in well after us already had their drinks brought to their table before ours was taken. Not long after our order was taken the complementary chips and salsa was brought to our table with no silverware or napkins. About five minutes goes by and then our drinks were brought and they were great. Several more minutes go by and our main course is brought out. I was surprised and said wow we haven’t even gotten our appetizer yet. Without having a chance to further respond they took our main course back to the back and brought our our appetizer. At this point we still have not received silverware or napkins. We try to eat our appetizer which was spinach dip and ended up in a mess and I had to go find someone to get us napkins. After explaining to her that we didn’t have Annie and me holding a puddle of spinach dip in my hand she still did not give me napkins right away. I had to pull a paper towel from her stand that she uses to clean tables with and clean up myself and go back to my table. There we waited and she never came with a napkins. I flag down another person and asked for napkins and he immediately went and found some and brought to us. The main course is brought back out. The steaks were good but the mashed potatoes were very cold. Very disappointing to say the least and this first trip in a very long time."

"Incredible workers, although I had to leave early (I was the one in the suit), the fact that the employees took on a group of 30~ idiotic teens an hour and a half before closing like champs is incredible. I hope to dear God you guys didn't have to stay too late to clean the dishes, cups, and etc. and that the remaining folk tipped adequately enough for the individual workers to be granted several hours worth of pay through it. If they didn't, describe to me who didn't tip adequately enough compared to the singular strain that their order caused and they'll be jumped. Once again, thank you all and I am so sorry for what happened there!"

"We had to wait until after our food arrived to get our drinks. My meal was cold, and my husband’s was so burnt that other diners were turning to see what that awful smell was. We tried to get the attention of the waitstaff, but they were all huddled together having conversations and didn’t notice us. When our drinks finally arrived, they were wrong, but it was clear that sending them back would mean we’d never see the right ones. It was just my husband and me, and between the appetizers, drinks, and dinner, we ended up wasting nearly $75. My advice? Avoid this place on the weekends—or better yet, just don’t go at all."

"Usually this is a nice place to eat. It started out by us waiting for a seat to find out the gal that was cleaning the tables next to us was the one that was supposed to be seating us. But she took her sweet time cleaning tables instead. We werestarving, We got to the table. Ordered too much food just too kind of take the edge off. Soup came we ate it, Is waiting forthe guy to take our order instead he takes a table that just came in. I drink my alcoholic beverage but because I don't haveenough food in me it in me I end up sick. I ordered a second drink but had to cancel it before I got to the table. "Tried to eat lunch but we were completely ignored and not seated. One couple walked in right in front of us and they were seated right away. The hosted then disappeared and never came back. There were more empty tables then occupied ones. Hosted came back out and bright several tables drinks and still never seated us. After 10+ minutes I finally stopped a waiter and he gave us attitude. One other couple leaving also said they received horrible service as well."
