"I placed an order for eight pies hours in advance, specifically requesting delivery by 3:45 PM. My anticipation was high, given the considerable lead time I allowed. However, at 3:45 PM, my order hadn't even begun baking, according to the online tracking system. While I understand unforeseen delays can occur, the tracking then showed an estimated delivery time of 4:21 PM—almost 40 minutes late. Even more concerning was observing the delivery driver, via the tracking, taking a significantly incorrect route to my home. The pies finally arrived at 4:55 PM, a full hour late. Regrettably, upon receiving them, I found the pizzas cold and, more importantly, three of the cheese pizzas were severely overcooked. The extent of the overcooking was unacceptable; they were visibly browned and charred. I have attached photographs illustrating the unacceptable condition of the overcooked cheese"
